Took my car here at suggestion of insurance company. They gave excellent customer service. Once my car was being serviced they gave updated text messages on the status. Car was ready on date that it was promised. They were kind enough to pick me up at my home since I had no ride to get there. They did an excellent job.

I think most of us dont ever do reviews for good service rather most are about bad experiences! But I had to write my AWESOME experience! My car was being repaired from being hit! The other parties insurance was a troubled insurance & was difficult with the process but with the help of Seidners employee Kurt he put me at ease! Kurt was on top of it with follow ups to the insurance & insurance appraiser to ensure my car was handled properly & expedited delays cause by the insurance! We have been to many collision shops and the rep. Pedro Duenas was able to expedite everything very quickly to get approval for repairs . Our car was promised to look as good a new and it was . I would recommend anyone to go to Seiders, they would not be disappointed in the quality of customer service and also how much they care for the client .

First off, DO NOT COME HERE, but if you do, here is some advice, make sure to check you car is 100% done, because they tell you is done but yet there is much work needed still, also make sure you take off all items from the car because they might go missing some how, also they are really good at making sure you pay, but not on making sure the job is done, dont return your rental until YOU are sure the car is 100% completed. Ill stop there, in conclusion, I have them 2 stars because they got the paint job right. Ill give them that.

If your looking for reviews about this place, you and your car probably had a bad day. Your probably on the phone with the insurance company, rental place, and tow company and theyre all driving you nuts.Ive been here with two different vehicles. Once because someone couldnt keep their car in their lane, and when someone stole my rims off my truck.Seidners does great work in a timely manner. They constantly kept me updated with the work being done and the estimated time of completion. Both the receptionist and the body shop guys were very professional.

They did a wonderful job on my moms car after her accident.

Great over all service

Unfortunately, was in a second accident with my vehicle and took it to a second body shop. My first accident was “fixed “ here at Seidners. The second body shop showed me what Seidners didn’t replace because it wasn’t consistent with new accident. I also complained to them that my car key seemed different from the original key. 2 months after getting car back key stopped working.I called to complain and never got a response.

Fixed my car (damage to front, back and side) within a week, prompt with phone calls and appeared to value me as a customer.
