I came in to get my car, first of all the receptionist is rude. They Damaged the front bumper on my car there was even a plastic piece of the front bumper inside the vehicle. I guess they threw it in when they broke it off. The clips on the side of the bumper popped off and the inside plastic of the wheel well is now hitting my tires. There saying it was like that and that they are not responsible. BEWARE!!!

My van broke down and I called them after I called a few other places that where not open 24/7. They arrived 10 min later. The driver was very friendly and professional. I thought that they where very reasonable in there prices. And best of all I felt better getting my vehicle home instead of leaving it on the streets since I had all my tools in it for my work. I would recommend them because they are open 24/7 and prompt.

I’m so happy with this company, I get stuck on the middle lane on fwy 5 with my little daughter and this guys arrived very fast the driver (Saul) take care of the situation and he did everything so fast to pull the vehicle out of the fwy he take us home safe and also ask me if he can do something else after the great service, my best AAA review ever, thank you so much guys!

**I WANT TO THANK THESE GUYS** I got my car stuck on a parking block at 3am I was alone and I told them I needed someone right away, they came out so quickly and they didnt charge me. I was so grateful, thank you to your driver who was so kind and to your dispatcher for waiving the fee and sending someone out quickly. I so appreciate you all! This was on Sept 5th.

Locked myself out of big rig, called them and they promptly arrived and unlocked it for me, payed them 65bucks well worth it thanks!

My daughters battery died. This company was sent through AAA. The driver, Eriberto, was immediately RUDE and loud and acted as though she wasnt who she said she was (despite ID and a AAA member card). I have never had such a terrible experience with a towing company, over a battery jump no less.

I still have to go back and follow up on my application you know its getting 5 stars.

Today is spoke to two different associates there first one gave me the wrong information and was no help. Second one was Diana a rude disrespectful discriminating human being. As I am on the one with her and explain some issue I am having and replying with the info her fellow associate had given me she is telling me no wrong wrong wrong that’s not correct. Also I am a male in which she called me a female multiple times on the phone.

Worst experience i have had as a customer in all my years. Dianne at counter made the process very difficult and she claimed i was giving her attitude for asking informational questions. I recommend another tow service or to be very vague when talking to workers there because they seem to make it very difficult and claim that the information they provide, they dont need to provide when they have my property there.

Just be aware, if you get your car towed by the City of Montebello, its $154. Each day your car is there, youre charged $52. They run a title search and charge $70 for that as well. And dont forget, $223 to pay the city to get it back!You also have the option to pay $500 in the first 30 days for them to destroy (auction) your car off. So you pay them to keep it lol.If you ignore it, youll get sent to collections for the amount due, and the amount will increase each day.Also if you are paying $500 or more, bring cash.Its a shame its that scummy of a business, but all of these tow yards are. Hope this helps someone. Act ASAP

Marvin the (BSP) was very courteous, on time (early in fact), and patient with my questions. He also took the time to explain in detail what needed to be completed and did an excellent job overall in servicing my vehicle. I highly recommend AAA Battery Service with Helms and Hill in Montebello.

Granddaughters car was stolen and this company pick the car up... never went through that experience before take so long to get your car back out of impound but they are a great bunch of people working there and thank you AAA for the gas

Have never seen a towing company close at 5pm. And charge two day storage fee.

Bad mechanic only had my car 10 days apart very expensive the cranes charged me $ 170 and I had to call a neighbor and I charged $ 75 apart pay $ 220 just for the inspection of the car and apart from the Latina women with face of pozole do not speak Spanish
