A very well kept up place. Ive lived here for 7+ years & I plan on living here for several more. Its close to shopping & both the 60 & 10 freeways. Great location.

Wonderful clean park located in Montclair. Clean and quiet with wonderful people who live here. Everyone gets along well and the manager Vie is the greatest woman in the whole wide world. Has a clean pool and lots of trees that provide copious amounts of shade and natural beauty

Was not told what the monthly income had to be. Very unprofessional.But wants to play God.
