HDMI port on my TV came loose and I called and spoke to Michael, who was very helpful. He went over 3 options to fix it with me, and weighed out the pros and cons of each. Spoke to him for a full 25 minutes. One of the options was not even anything they could make money off of! Seemed like an honest technician. Will go here if anything comes up on my TVs.

Dropped my TV off in March, I was told that itโll be fixed in 2 weeks at most. Well itโs been 6 months and not only is the TV not fixed but he doesnโt pick up my phone calls. The only way I get in touch with him is when I call from an unknown number and he quickly hangs up saying he canโt talk right now. At this point I just want to pick up my TV as is and he keeps ducking me. This guy is a liar and I think heโs trying to keep my TV

I called this company yesterday when I heard a loud pop on my television followed by a burning smell. Afterwards the TV went off and the indicator light was a constant red rather than green. The staff was friendly and professional knew exactly what the issue was. They came to my house today wearing gloves and a mask due to COVID-19 and fixed the television within twenty minutes. Friendly, affordable and family oriented company.
The repairman is nice, but dont waste your time repairing your television here. I dropped of my television, gave the 40 dollar (cash only) diagnostic fee and my experience was a disaster since.Fed up after 8 weeks in his possession and the device still not repaired, I finally went and picked the television up. Two days prior to getting the television I warned him that if the TV wasnt fixed, I would get it.I went, it was not repaired, i took my television home. Only after returning home did I realize he kept my power cord, a number of screws holding the device together were missing, and the protective HDMI case was missing. Knowing I was getting the television but not bothering to reassemble it properly, I can only conclude that he didnt care.Worst of all, his diagnoses (40 dollar cash only expert opinion) was only half right. He claimed the motherboard was bad, which it was, but he missed another problem the television had. I contacted another local company to repair the TV, shockingly, they were cheaper, did not have a diagnoses fee, and repaired the television AT MY HOUSE.My television is now working, but not having the protective wire case and screws missing is upsetting. He was quick to take my money, but his diagnoses was wrong.Would not recommend.
Extremely knowledgeable and courteous! Honestly best shop around. Took them less than a day to diagnose and repair the burnt power board on my 32 LCD tv also at an amazing cost other shops were charging almost $200 more. Highly recommend them๐๐ผ

Terrific TV repair service. I called to schedule service in the morning. Repairman showed up at noon, diagnosed the problem and gave me a cost estimate. He took the TV back to their shop and the repaired TV was delivered back to the house at 4:30 pm same day. Wish all other service calls were that efficient. Thanks Mike!

Do not work with this company. Mike took my Vizio TV with him for repairs (after a $65 call out fee) on October 3. Weve spoken twice since then, both times he said parts were on the way from Vizio. Its now November 19 and my daily calls to his number have gone un-unanswered. Today his phone is disconnected. His website is also down which makes me think Ill not be getting the TV back in a hurry.
