Aqua Clean Solutions made my home look brand new. Over the years I used home cleaners that used ladders and essentially dented my window coverings. Aqua Clean Solutions do not use ladders so you do not need to worry about any damage to your home. My home,garage, window trimmings and fronts of gutters were cleaned And Fast. Extremely satisfied with the service. Easy to work with. Their technique does not use high pressure equipment which can damage the property while it cleans. Their low-pressure technique achieves better results without the damage risk. These folks are heavily booked for the fair weather months. But they are worth the wait.

Once concern I have was that while they told me that they accept credit card payments the worker who showed up refused to accept a Visa payment, incorrectly stating that due to covid no credit cards are being accepted... Finally, I was able to pay by phone using my card. I wish I didnt need to go through the unnecessary hoops they put me through.

Thomas and Samuel and John were great, went about their business in a professional manner, and performed a soft wash of my roof. The roof is about 10 years old, and had never been cleaned. It looks much better. They even washed off my driveway and walkway & stoop, too. They arrived on time and set-up their work station, etc and were done in about 90 minutes. Aqua Clean soft washed my roof. Tom and his team were very responsive, on time and answered all of my questions. In 2010, we had our roof, siding, and shutters replaced, all with high-end, zero-maintenance versions (aluminum-clad trim, plastic dentil molding, plastic shutters, etc.).Nine years later, the dream of zero maintenance is not fully realized. First, the shutters faded terribly, and the lifetime warranty would have required us to remove one, ship it to the manufacturer, and wait for them to decide whether the fading was serious or not. Since we were unwilling to live without one shutter for weeks/months, not to mention wondering if they would say Nope, thats normal, we just had them painted.Meanwhile, the roof was growing some dark patches in our humid mid-Atlantic climate, the siding on the north side was developing some moss, and -- worst of all -- the aluminum-clad trim had some dark oxidation or mildew or something on it. Plus, of course, there were general cobwebs, dirt, etc. in the corners, moldings, etc.I tried doing some cleaning myself. The siding is easy to clean, except theres a lot of it and I dont do ladders. The aluminum trim was obdurate: not even a Magic Eraser would touch it. We tried Wet and Forget on the roof; it did nothing.So I did research on the web and found Aqua Clean and a few other companies. Aqua Cleans price was competitive (none of them are cheap) and they said all the right things, so we accepted their estimate and scheduled.The day of, the crew showed up and got to work. Pleasant guys, worked hard (my wife was skeptical because they were done so fast!), and the results are GREAT. The roof looks new, the siding is of course pristine, and the aluminum trim even came clean! They were careful of our landscaping, and dont seem to have damaged anything there (I kind of expected SOME damage -- hard to move ladders in and out without dinging something).A week later, things still look great, and Im planning to use Aqua Clean again when needed.
