I completely understand we are in a pandemic situation, but to not allow us to enter to see the actual bunny to see if it would be compatible for our family was not a friendly experience. On top of that no EVER calls you back on the number the have on Google. When we went to the place there is another number and you get someone right away. So why not update the Google number? It would be better for business, since the point is to find a great home for these bunnies!!

They love the rabbits and had probably close to 50-75 rabbits inside a warehouse. The rabbits are all spayed and neutered, and judging by the cement floor, they all are litter box ready. They are easy to potty train. I have two rabbits I keep in the garage at night and let out into the yard during daylight hours. They both return to their litter box in the garage when they have to do their thing. Rabbits are fun to see playing, but I have had 8 in my lifetime and all seemed pretty dumb. They don’t know their names or come when you call them. Indoor/outdoor rabbits become fairly wild and eat your plants voraciously. An indoor only rabbit will become very tame and easy to sit on your lap. Lastly, they shed.

It’s unfortunate because I was interested in a number of the cute lil bunnies displayed for adoption on their website, but no one has responded to any of my phone calls, texts, or emails. I have tried countless times to get into contact with someone in the adoption department and no luck. It’s been a couple of weeks now and still no response. It’s a shame because I really wanted to adopt from here.

Was really grateful they were able to provide a safe surrender location for my bunny. They covered the cost of spay/neuter, which there was no way I could afford. Also, provided a low cost vaccine. I am really upset that I tried to reach out to see how my bunny was doing an no one responded. I texted and not hearing back after a few days I sent a message via Facebook. Again, I was ignored. It has been about maybe 1.5 weeks or and I doubt I am going get a response. I messages them initially about 3 weeks I believe after I first surrendered her, so it wasnt as if I was harassing. I occasionally check in the website to see if I see her and she hasnt ever appeared.

This is the go to place for bunnies, food and care products and information. My first bunny I bought from a pet store. I got all the wrong information as far as the bunny set of area, bonding with other bunnies, food to feed, everything! Caroline had all the need to know information for care and food and has a lot of experience with them. They have a great selection of rescue bunnies and she can help you with everything. Their products are of best quality and they have the best prices by far. I dont go anywhere else. Also, they have created a great touch free system for the quarantine and are dedicated to making sure the bunnies are cared for. Thank you for everything Caroline!

I absolutely love Caroline and the other volunteers at Bunny Bunch! They are extremely knowledgeable and offer A LOT to their rescue animals and humans. They are always so accommodating and helpful, making sure the buns are getting the care they need. This is an excellent facility, and I highly recommend them. Their adoption prices are priced exactly right. I was disappointed to see that someone gave them 1 star because of their adoption prices (because they couldn’t afford them). I’m sorry, but anyone who can’t afford the adoption fee of an animal has no business owning one. They are costly, and it’s a responsibility one must consider when taking a pet into the home. Hay, organic greens, quality pellets, care fresh, quality treats, grooming, safe toys, and (exotic pet) vet fees are all part of owning a rabbit if you want to give it a loving home. A $125-$200 fee is extremely reasonable considering all of the care those rabbits are given in the rescue. If you can’t afford an adoption fee on an animal, please do yourself and the animal a favor and don’t adopt one. I’ve seen way too many animals suffer, because of irresponsible pet owners who cannot or choose not to take it to a vet. This is why the rescues are at capacity. Bunny Bunch is one of the good ones. They’re a 5+ hands down!

Absolute best rescue I have ever been to. The owner, Caroline, really wants all the rabbit adopters to be knowledgeable so they fully understand the commitment adopting a rabbit is. She helped me find my first rabbit a bestfriend, and helpedme through the whole process. She let me meet there and have a speed date with my rabbit and other prospective rabbits. After only one week of bonding my bunnies, Precious and Jewels, are happy as can be.The service is exceptional and knowing they are volunteers makes me even happier because they genuinely want to be there to make a difference. It can be a little slow but im not complaining because im surrounded by other people who are bunny obsessed.I have only gone on saturdays and sundays, and sunday is typically busier. Sunday is also when ive had the luck with the super quality - professional like - photos. The photo shoots they offer are also super adorable, even though sometimes the photographer is different and then the photo quality isnt 10/10. Regardless they are cute and I know my donation is going to a great cause. They also offer hoppy hour which is THE BEST time ever. My bunny loves going and playing with all the other bunnies, especially before he got his bestfriend.

Not the best place if you want a pet, I give 3 stars because the place is nice and the pets are adorable, but you only get to look at them, their adoption timing is ridiculous and their expectations from the person adopting a pet, too high, before you can adopt a pet they want to see your house, your enclosures, fill up application and wait. I do understand that they do it for the well-being of the pet, but this just discourages people from adopting rescue pets, I just wanted a couple of Guinea Pigs or a bunny, and because of that I just went to the store and bought them there. My experience was as if I was applying to adopt a kid. If they want to find a loving home for rescue pets that are also adult, they need to lower that standard or many people that want to get a pet and dont have the time to apply and wait will just go to the store, and honestly even thou the Guinea pigs there were adorable, the one I bought were cheaper and only a month old, and since they only leave 4 years, I will cherish them for longer than rescue ones that may be a year or two old. I dont mean to sound discriminating against older pets, but people get attached and when they die we get heart broken and I wouldnt want to get a pet that will die in a year or two although I was going to, to begin with.

Honestly, their customer care service and knowledge of proper care for their bunnies are phenomenal. I believe Jennifer was the one who assisted us and she was beyond thorough in answering any and all questions we had regarding adoption. Unfortunately we drove two hours in hopes of adoption and were denied because we are unable to bring one of our dogs to a “meet and greet”. One of our dogs happens to be elder and anxious when when traveling by vehicle for long distances, no accommodations were offered even after knowing the dogs condition. We ended up adopting at the local shelter. I understand being a rescue mom for 11 years now that finding a suitable, stable home is the main priority when it comes to adoption, turning away a potential permanent home because of not meeting one criteria is shameful. I hope they become more accommodating to hopeful adopters in the future.

First of all this Bunny Bunch place had REALLY BAD customer service. Honestly if I could give it a 0 star review I would. The owner Carolina something or whatever that name is kept asking me questions and I understand, I answered honestly but she had every excuse for each of my answers to not let me adopt a pet. I’m disappointed and I know I was ready to have a pet but this human didn’t let me. Anyway I went to a different and better adoption center and actually adopted a pet.So anyone who’s reading this I strongly suggest not looking into this place because in the end they will refuse/excuses to not let you have a pet. This place was a BIG WASTE OF MY TIME and I REGRET going here.

Great rescue and resource! Caroline cares tons about the animals at this shelter. I adopted our two bunny boys a month ago from this shelter and I couldnt be happier and neither could my boys! They are the sweetest rabbits I have ever encountered. They truly do care about the animals here, and will help you find your perfect match for you and your family. A volunteer took the time for about a month and half out to help us find the perfect pair to adopt since we traveled to adopt our boys. I am so in love with them and am happy to give them a loving home! If you can adopt, you really should from Bunny Bunch. In the next year, we are hoping to adopt two more buns because our two boys have given us so much more joy than we could ever imagine after losing our dog Chloe in December. For those worried about customer service, yes getting back to you can be slow. Caroline is the one who handles all of the phone calls exclusively so be patient. This organization is also a non-profit and ran by volunteers. Their facilities are clean and well maintained. One more quick note! If you are trying to adopt a single rabbit and its bonded, please just adopt the second, its mate, if you can. Bonded pairs are awesome! They are bonded for life and each others mate as someone else has said. Its not good to split them up because it is traumatizing and depressing for your bun.

I got the impression that the people here are more interested in lecturing about rabbit care than actual adoption. There is an application process, which as far as I can tell, is really a test of your bunny acumen. I had a good and healthy environment ready for bunny adoption, but the workers at this location didnt seem interested in allowing me to adopt any of their animals. Fortunately, I found a great bunny in a classified ad.What made me angry is the hypocrisy of it. The workers kept telling me about how much space a bunny needs, and to keep a quiet environment, and to give it exercise, etc.. Yet inside the store there were a dozen bunnies being kept in small cages in a noisy and crowded environment. It seemed more like bunny hoarding than bunny adoption.Despite all that, it seems like a good place for rabbit supplies. The hay is good if a bit pricey.

First off, this is primarily a Rabbit Rescue & Adoption organization.Yes, it has a store (with quite a lot of stuff, really), but this isnt some slick retail establishment with big shopping carts that you push up and down aisles packed with a hundred types of the same thing.Instead, its filled with lots of adorable rabbits who would very much like to find a loving home. And other than one paid staff member (who appears to work a thousand hours a week), its run entirely by volunteers!Ive been there when Im the only customer. Theyll tell you anything you need to know about all things rabbit-related. These people live and breathe rabbits.Ive also been there when it was really busy, packed full of people during some big event they were having, and not surprisingly, things were taking a little longer that day!Personally, I dont mind if I have to wait a few minutes. Im happy knowing that the money I spend here isnt lining some CEOs pocket, but instead is going directly to help rescue and adopt animals who are desperately in need of our help. For the reviewer who complained of slow service, I can only imagine that you must be a monster -- specifically, a troll.

This lady was so rude when I wanted to adopt a chinchilla. First, she got frustrated because I filled some question in the application wrong. Then, I told her how I already had a chinchilla back home and how I raise it myself. She got disturbed because I told her that I give two raisins to my chinchilla daily when all they need is one. She then recommends me a chinchilla, she mishandled it by grabbing the chinchilla out of the cage quickly without supporting its bum until the chinchilla was by her chest! After, she told me I would need the approval of my land lord and parents—I grew frustrated because she or others that worked in the store could have told me this before filling out my application. What a waste of my time. ):
