We used Ivas Cleaning for a move in clean to our new house. The house was left very dirty by the previous occupant and smelled heavily of animal. The place was spotless and smelled great! They even cleaned out the oven! We called on Friday afternoon and they were able to clean Tuesday morning. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend this company! I will be using them for maintenance cleans in the future, once we are all moved in!

It was easy to call, setup an appointment, give them my information and that was it. When I returned home the next day (I had given the leasing company of my building permission to let the cleaners in) my apartment was spotless. I feel as though they went above and beyond and the price was reasonable for all the hard work.
