I was really worried because I’ve never had my phone repaired I would just get a new one but this one hasn’t even been a year seines I first got it. It Cost me $100 and I thought that was crazy low and worried it would be trash (my entire screen was replaced because I somehow cracked it internally) but honestly a iPhone XR screen replace for 100 isn’t bad. I would definitely recommend this place if you want amazing screen replacement for a super low price

This place is FRAUD. THE FIX? My screen on the phone was malfunctioning/touch sensitivity was off, starting typing on its own, or twitching after I had my screen “repaired” here. I came back to “FIX” the issue they created, and they refused. Made up excuses that he couldn’t look me up in the system, but when I got my phone “fixed” here they took down my NAME AND PHONE NUMBER. The unprofessional heavy set gentleman with the foreign accent was the one that asked me to leave and didn’t want to do business with me because I refused to pay again to risk having my phone “fixed”. I wish I would have read the negative reviews before investing my time and money here.

They fixed my phone and it’s all better but the man that helped me was so creepy and unprofessional with me and my friend who are both young girls. He asked both me and my friend out for drinks and then backtracked and asked us to get coffee with him when he realized we weren’t 21...keep in mind he’s my father’s age. Ladies please beware.

Dropped my Samsung note 10+ off for a back plate replacement....The gentleman did a solid job.To my surprise, they went above and beyond the expected job.My phone stopped vibrating do to a fall. They managed to fix that issue without me even bringing it up to the attendant.These guys know what they are doing and provide a proffesional service!

I called this so called fix repair phone place in montclair place called the fix next to starbucks. They didnt answer so tried again and finally the supposedly new manager answered. I asked if he can repair and he said yes. I asked if he can give me a better deal than others I called and he quoted me $60. So he took my name and phone to call me the next day when he would get the part. I waited and waited never did I receive a call. So I decided to stop by. I told him who I was and about my phone and he quoted me $120. Wow people dont know how to keep their word and dont need the business I guess. I dont recommend this place at all no customer service and lie and make you waist your time. 0 stars

Came into the store to fix an iPad Mini that I hadn’t been able to use for a while. The guys there were very professional while being friendly at the same time. We were able to get a quote on the spot for FREE. Other places wanted a $35 service fee just to tell me what was wrong. It ended up being an LCD replacement and the manager Ben did it himself in under an hour. Quick service and I got to shop around in the mall while they fixed that bad boy up. Fair prices, great people, would definitely recommend to friends and family.

First off the over charge. I was told my iPad screen would be done by the end of the day. I called at 5pm to check on the progress and they told me they didn’t get the parts and it won’t be ready until tomorrow sometime hopefully. They should have called me as soon as they knew it wouldn’t be ready on time. There are much better options around than this place!!!

DO NOT GO HERE! I came by to fix a screen on my IPhone XR and everything seemed fine. Not even a week later I noticed a white dot but I made nothing of it. Then it got worse. My screen kept going black out of no where and now the screen does not appear. I have not dropped it not once and have never gotten it wet not even a drop of water. I took it to fix it somewhere else because I don’t want a repeat of what had occurred and I asked if there was any internal issues...... my phone is in perfect condition. No internal issues and the only issue was the screen. DO NOT GO HERE!

Do not ever go into the store for anything. I had the assistant manager put on a screen protector on my brand new phone. It was not on right and when he cleaned the screen he didnt dry it all the way. It has bubbles under the saver. When i went back to show him and to have him correct it he ordered me out of the store and threatened to call security on me. Extremely rude. Did talk to a mall security guard who told me they not only didnt like him but refused to deliver anything to the store when he was there. Other vendors also said they didnt like him. i will go back when there is another person there and if i get the same treatment then I will be contacting my attorney.

My front screen cracked, came upon this fix screen place at the mall & I really liked their costumer service. Really nice & helped. Screen nice & brand new. Really recommend if you need to fix your broken phone. They are always flexible with availability & they are really quick minimum of 30 minutes.

I came in with a Huawei watch in need of repair. The gentlemen explained that they arent able to get parts because there is a federal ban on Huawei. They tried to fix at no charge. I would definitely recommend them.

Save your time and money and go somewhere else. This place has poor communication and customer service. I took my iPad and ended up making 3 trips there, once we got the iPad back the camera wasn’t working. And within a few days the screen broke again, not sure how. Very poorly fixed.

Nope. They put the WRONG glass on my phone. Not only that, but the glass was chipped in the corner. And sticky glue was left on the side of the phone. Tonight I cant even get my phone to turn on. And its almost too hot to touch, like its melting down. They told me theyd fix their mistake tomorrow. I want a refund. For now it seems I paid 100 dollars for them to ruin my phone.

I came in to get my iphone8+ screen fixed and I was greeted with such great service. The staff was very professional and they were able to help me with my device. I was under a time limit when I first entered the store and the employees understood my concerns and were able to fix my device quickly. I appreciate the service I got done and will definitely recommend this place to my friends.

I have visited this place a few times now because I was pretty clumsy with my phone. Twice I dropped my phone in December and had a badly cracked phone screen. Each time they were able to fix my phone and return it looking brand new. It takes them about 2 hours to do the repairs. Theres a mall up the street and plenty of restaurants near by so the wait goes by pretty fast. I found out about them through my phone insurance. Dealing with the insurance is another story, but dealing with The Fix Montclair was very easy. The last time I went I decided to also buy a liquid screen protector for some extra drop protection. They installed it right in front of me and explained how the liquid works. I felt taken care of walking out of there, and I was comforted knowing they offer a warranty on there service. If anything goes wrong related to their repairs I can bring it back and they will fix it. These guys know theyre stuff and have great customer service. I hope that I dont have to see them anytime soon lol, but I highly recommend them.

I cracked my screen and apple wanted to charge me a crazy amount. Apple wanted me to wait hours for someone to even talk to me. I found this place and talk about fast and inexpensive. So I accidentally dropped my phone atWork and it was very upsetting until one day I took a a trip to the Montclair mall. I came across the fix and was very curious if they could help me out with my situation. The guys there are great they gave me a reasonable price for a back screen fix and included a free charging port cleanse. These are the guys to come to whenever you need a fixing on an iPhone. My iPhone is finally fixed and with the whole COVID happening I’m still glad to have my phone.

I needed a screen protector for my Note10+, I decided to do to a store and pay more rather than go online because Im horrible at installing these things.I was greeted by the owner/manager and told him what I needed, he proceded to install a screen protector without asking me of that was the product I wanted. I was a little thrown off and asked him what he was putting on my phone and he said a tempered glad protector, the best he has. Then proceeded to charge me $25.Flash forward 3 days later, the screen protector came off when I slip my phone in my pocket. Went back to ask if he could install a new one and he said no! No refunds no exchanges.I have never had a screen protector come off in 3 days with little to no use. This owner was very rude and had no customer service.Do yourself a favor and go to a reputable branded cell phone store. Or you get what you pay for.

So i came in with my iPhone XS Max cracked back. And they told me they were waiting for this new machine that was going to make it easier to change and cheaper. So i waited 5 weeks for them to call me and tell me it was $99. So i came in over the weekend and told me it was going to be $150. I asked them why, when they just called me earlier in the week and told me a cheaper price? They didn’t have an answer for me. That’s just bad business. Just use your carrier’s insurance. This place is a scam.

I brought my phone in early morning, they assured me it would be done same day as I need my phone for work and to leave on to my house which is 3 hrs away. Very unprofessional, they willlwill and take someones phone And not even answer calls when trying to figure out whats going on . I had todto to the store and find out you guys closed early. I am beyond livid and disappointed with you business and professionalism .

HORRIBLE. I came in with my IPhone X with a cracked glass screen only. I paid 140+ tax equally out about $150 plus I bought a “screen protector” for an extra $15 . The man claims their LED screen replacement is top of the line so I trusted them. I get the phone an hour later and everything is fine I take it home and realize my front camera is not working. I come back 2 days later * I was out of town* and apparently they did not connect the wires properly. They fix the issue with the camera however the same night my phone falls off of my bed onto the SOFT CARPET. My phone BROKE the screen CRACKED. The glass protector did nothing at all and my phone now had hairline cracks In it. Not only did my phones glass crack.. the screen BLACKED out and turned GREEN Every-time I touched it. I did not even waste my time going back to the store because their products are CHEAP! They basically charged me 165 to break my phone lol. Ultimately bought an new IPhone from sprint and moved on..I should have read the reviews before I trusted this place however I did not because they had a storefront. DO NOT COME HERE GO TO APPLE.

I went to this place because it’s the first one I saw when I walked into the mall. I went there 3 days ago to get my screen fixed, I got my phone back 30 min later so it was closing time, when I got home I noticed there was a crack on the screen and that section of the screen did not work so I went yesterday the workers said they couldn’t do anything because it wasn’t on their warranty and that I must have dropped it so to come back when owner is there. Mind you this crack was made by them because not once did I drop my phone. I went back today and he said he was going to charge me $50 to replace the screen, mind you I had already paid $85 so I told him no. Long story shorty he charged me $35 for a total of $120 and my phone now has a section on the screen that’s brighter than the rest so its not worth it, go to one of the stands in the middle of the mall.

My grandsons I phone has a cracked screen they replaced it in about 30 minutes for a reasonable amount of $75.00 and did a good job.my phone has a cracked screen and its a LG G8SLIM THAT PHONE WAS TO REPLACE THE SCREEN $250.00 and would take 5 to 10 days so my scream is still cracked.

The FIX is the only place I go to get my phone fixed. I’ve had them fix a few devices including an iPhone 6, iPad Pro, and my PlayStation 4! The people provide quality repairs and care for iPhones and androids, and they are super friendly and helpful. They also have a variety of cases. They are fast, efficient, and customer friendly! They broke down exactly what was wrong with my device and made sure I understood all of the parts that needed replacing.

Dont come here.I came in to get a specific part of my phone fixed and 2 days later he fixes the wrong part, waste of $60 And I still get charged AGAIN to fix what I originally wanted to get fixed, his mistake costs you, the customer.Now $115 later my microphone sounds so terrible and muffled & my phone is useless.DO NOT COME HERE SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO TO A BETTER SHOP OTHER THAN FROM THE MALLEdit for response: I asked the owner not to change the battery and did so anyways and claimed that he fixed the charging issue when it clearly did not. Have had my iPhone 6 for about 3 1/2 yrs and last week my battery stoped charging. I never backed up my photos and that was my number one reason why I needed to find some place to fix my phone. I decided to go to UBreakIfix in Montclair the guy just heard my story about my phone took my phone to the back for less then 5min and came back to tell me the horrible news. That my phone had no option of fixing and that I can try to take it to a recovery place pay about $800 to TRY to get my pictures back. My husband decided to get a second opinion we brought it to the FIX located in the Montclair mall. Guy took 30min with my phone. Turned out I just needed a new battery and my phone was back! All my kids pictures safe and I’m sooo greatful. Yes I could easily gone to Sprint and gotten a new phone but something that could never be replaced are my children pictures since they where born they are all on this phone. I am so greatful for this place thanks soooooo much u honestly made my day can’t thank u enough

I had a cracked screen that needed to be replaced, they replaced it with a cheap screen that plocked my camera and the buttons. Had to take my phone back several times and was still malfunctioning. They kept saying everytime that my phone was already messed up before I took it in. My phone was functioning very well, before the screen was replaced. Dont recommend this place. Go to real professionals, pay the extra or else you will experience something similar.
