Came in looking for some products to wash my black truck. It’s a hassle to maintain a black truck/car clean. The staff helped me out to get all the products I needed to keep my truck nice and shiny. The people that work here are very unprofessional. I felt very rushed and pressured while shopping, I did not feel welcomed. After spending almost 200$ I later returned 2 of the items, I was charged a “15% restocking fee”. I will never shop here again.

I come into this shop often and everytime I come in, its a great experience and nothing short of that. The employees there are extremely helpful and know lots about auto and other vehicle detailing products. Also their store is immaculate 24/7.

Just a heads up to anyone planning to purchase thehand sanitizer before you spend anything its a waste of money smells ridiculously gross just save your money and wait to find regular hand sanitizer. They didnt offer any store credit or refunds and say it smells strong which is true but they fail to tell you that the strong smell isnt alcohol like they state it smells like feet.

The place has everything you need to detail a car. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and willing to help... Their products have some of the best fragrances also... everything works much better than the big box store brand-name stuff... definitely high-quality.

They were very helpful and did an awesome job we will see if the products hold up to my standards semi looked great when I was Done now to see how it looks 6000 miles later next week

This place is awesome. Make a visit at least once a month if not more. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable on their products. If your into car detailing, this place is for you. Expect to spend at least 30 mins or longer in here since there is so much stuff to look at.

Just bought a new 2017 black mustang. Googled how to wash a black car and took me to the chemical guys youtube videos. This store has all you need to keep your car looking like new. I highly recommend getting the foam blaster. Also sign up for their news letters. You get emails with special discounts.

Great products, very helpful staff.Only suggestion is the locations owner add Chemical Guys as a key search word to allow Google to identify this as a Chemical Guys retail location.Search Google maps for Chemical Guys and you get Gardena and Santa Ana only.Noticed Wal-Mart is now selling Chemical Guys. Really hope this doesnt impact sales at this franchise.Gotta admit what I believed to be a premium product had lost a little of its appeal knowing that these great products are now available at Wal-Mart.Seriously screwing over the franchisees.

Started a car wash business and this is a one stop place for all your tools. They also have thousands of YouTube videos about their products and they all work fantastic.

Decent products, but some of their accessories are overpriced. Staff can be knowledgeable, but they are more anxious to sell things than they are to listen. Many of their products are nearly identical to each other.
