I started searching for a UTV rental shop after planning a weekend in Glamis with family and friends. I found RentMeFun and I couldnt have been more surprised with their reasonable pricing and their service. Even though I didnt have my key with me for the hitch, they swapped the ball out so i can begin my weekend. The RZR was fun and was enjoyed by all in the camp. They even set it up with paddle tires and a whip because they were kind enough to ask where we were going and made sure we were outfitted correctly.

These guys introduce you to the veichles thoroughly, very nice and straight forward guys to talk to, the selection of Veichles is awesome, and I had a fun time using the side by side and the atv up in the desert, I highly suggest this place if you want the best. Have a good day.

The Jetski to Catalina was honestly one of the most exciting and memorable experiences of my life. I would highly recommend anyone with even the slightest sense of adventure to do it! It was absolutely amazing to ride with dolphins and whale watch from only inches away:)

We needed jet skis for a day at the lake. Renting from here couldnt have been easier. Brian explained everything but even better he showed us. He met us at the lake and told us everything we would need to know to make sure we had a great day. It was my first time, and he took the time to make sure we were comfortable. When we first arrived we were not sure where we would be setting up, but Brian was very patient and let us figure everything out, we never felt rushed. and at the end of the day it was just as smooth. We had the best time and would definitely rent here again.

The day we scheduled our trip, it was my birthday. I had the best time ever! Brian and Julissa were the greatest. They explained some basic instructions and we were off! Brian stressed that this was our trip, we could go as fast or slow as we wanted to. They knew when we needed a break, and made sure we were okay along the way. I felt very safe out in the open water! Brian made it a point to find us some dolphins and sea lions a long the way. This was my first time on a sea doo and I had a blast! I would highly recommend this trip! Just rented a brand new 2020 RZR 4 seater from RentMeFun. Everything went so smooth. They were super helpful on the phone when I reserved, and come on, a brand new car! Apparently that is their thing. They rent current model year vehicles. I love to ride, and will definitely just rent from these guys went I want to go out. So easy.

This was my first time renting. I will never own toys after renting them from RentmeFun. The RZR was BRAND NEW and from the time I called until the time I dropped off, these guys were first class. Dont look anywhere else. Dont buy, rent them. These guys have it together.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. This place is a rip off. Crappy old outdated dirty campers. They gave us a Polaris with a broken belt which they told u we have to replace or they would charge us double what the shops would charge. Brian is terrible customer service. Gets very brave over phone. Hangs up on customers. We had to return our Camper by 1030 am we were there at 10 no one was to be found. A mechanic who says he doesnt even work for them said hed take the camper we were hesitant but didnt wanna get charge $50 every half hour its late !!!! Outrageous!!! Zero employees to be found. Then mechanic said Brian was in Catalina!!!! Ridiculous. Called us 24 hours after we dropped it off and said they were all these damages that we did. He wasnt even there to inspect when we dropped it off. So how do we know something didnt happen after we left. Brian is terrible and thinks his job is of importance and he can talk to people with such attitude. Stay away!!!! This place is a rip and will try and get you with hidden fees dont waste your money. Because I PROMISE you it will be WASTED!!!

We had the best experience.. The 800cc RZR we rented for the day was awesome. We were also surprised with our personal guide that showed us around. The company is all about your experience. I will be back time and time again.

If you want to have some fun on the weekend thats the place to go.Brian and his staff are very professional and there to help, great customer service and very good tools in stock.i actually rented from them twice and definitely will be back for more .sea doo rental in big bear lake cost me 150$ an hour, these guys charged me less then 200$ for a full day i picked up the watercraft on Friday afternoon and dropped it back on Saturday at 7pm .very nice and honest people to deal with.highly recommended

I have done a lot of things and been a lot of places in my life but Brians Ocean Safari was definitely one of my all time great days. When do u ever get the chance to just rip and tear on a rented ski for hours skipping along the Pacific on a sun splashed day trip to Catalina?!?. Dolphins accompanied us for as long as we wanted and a whale paid us a visit too! U start at a cool takeoff spot in Long Beach thats really easy to access.... But the best part is when u reach Catalina u get to see a remote and gorgeous part of the coastline u never would get to see otherwise, including a great snorkel spot - bird rock. Brian is the perfect guide for this aquatic adventure because he will let u go as fast as u want and just have a blast but the whole time he makes sure u r safe and never feel in danger in any way. If u r looking for a day u will never forget and something kind of extreme that pretty much no one else has done this is your ticket to ride. That night u will have stories and memories to share that will stay with u forever. Thanks for thinking outside the box Brian... Cant wait till I can safari with u again this summer... Who says u cant jet ski to Catalina ?!?

This was my second time renting from RentmeFun and the first time I had issue with the staff and the time they wanted the jet ski back but other than than I had a good time when I got to the lake.Well so I decided to rent again from here for a bday we where having at the lake well lets just say they screwed up the order gave my jet ski to another person than offered me some other jet ski that was not working when we got to the lake it just killed our whole day, we called let them know right away we also asked for our money but they didnt return it now Im out of a few hundred dollars cause.Never will I go back

Terrible! I was lied to several times! The website says the focus is on you and this couldnt be further from the truth. Michael told me repeatedly that I wouldnt have any issues with the rental because it was recently given a complete rebuild. It broke 30 minutes into an all day rental. Luckily I had convinced Michael to include a spare belt so I could repair the rental if needed. Michael gave me the wrong belt! I only discovered this after taking it to a repair shop and being told the belt wasnt even close to the correct size! I bought the correct size and installed it painlessly. Despite all of these facts, Michael never admitted that he lied to me and never agreed to reduce my rental cost or repay me for the new and correct belt that I purchased and installed. He continued to lie saying that his company didnt carry the brand of incorrectly provided belt or have the model of UTV that the belt fit - both lies proven by the brand name imprinted on the belt and the UTV model sitting broken in their rental yard!!My warning to all is that this company, and Michael specifically, will sweet talk to no end until anything goes wrong, then they completely ignore all of the responsibility and quality and focus talk they were spouting up until you provide your payment.

I had a great experience with the Yamaha yxz 1000 I showed up at the location for rent me fun and Mikey helped me load it up into my trailer and I had a blast with it when I went to Glamis!! I recently rented a toy hauler, RZR 4 seater, and 2 quads for a 3 day weekend. I was very impressed with the way RentMeFun conducts business. They were very thorough on the phone to make sure I got everything I needed. They included travel time for me so I could make the long drive to Ocotillo Wells and not have to pay for it. The equipment ran perfectly and was in great shape. The RZR I drove only had 47 hours on it. The pickup and return process was simple, and fast. Thank you guys for helping my family have a great time in the desert. We will definitely be back.

Not a good experience. I rented two wave runners for 5 days. One of the units from the moment I put it in the lake did not have much power. By the third day the unit would not go above 10 MPH. I called the shop, we went through trouble shooting since I had pulled the unit out of the water. By the end of the discussion, no resolution, I was left with a broken unit. Upon returning the unit I asked about a refund for not having a useable unit, they of course said we need to run tests including a tank test and a run to a lake. No call back has been made to me so I called, they still needed to do the lake check, but they did not believe anything was wrong with the unit. As you can imagine with a business like this still no closure or call to provide me with a refund.Do not use this business, there are several others in the rental industry that operate above board.

Let me start off by saying.. Im not one to normally write reviews, but I absolutely wanted everyone to know how great of an experience I had! I wanted to do something exciting on my vacation, I heard about the Long Beach to Catalina Island Jet ski adventure and thought to myself.. Why Not??? Lets do something different! Although Ive ridden Sea doos before in a Lake, I was a little nervous ridding in the Ocean... Once we got out there, Brian had us extremely comfortable. Although we were in the middle of the ocean we felt completely safe at all times.. He allowed us to travel at our own pace, when I wanted to ride wild and crazy and jump waves and ride hard, They were totally fine with it! When we felt like cruising slowly or even stopping to rest, it was perfectly OK... Most tours ive been on, the tour guide dictates the pace, this was totally the opposite! When we stopped to rest we had some great convos with Brian and his other tour guide Julissa. They were both super friendly! Brain went out of his way to find us Sea Lions and Dolphins to see!! We actually rode WITH Dolphins!! They were swimming right next to our Sea doos! The whole trip was an awesome experience and I highly recommend it. I will never forget this trip, memories for a lifetime!

Excellent customer service! Very accommodating staff; I didnt get the Razor I ordrered (not their fault - other customer did not bring it back) but they made up for it with no extra charge. About 2 weeks ago I took my family to Silverwood Lake for the first time. The lake was forgetable. However, one of my most memorable part of the entire experience was renting jet skis from RentMeFun located in Montclair. We arrived there and was met by Brian and his dog, Jack. Beautiful, beautiful black shepard.I would like to explain the level of professionalism that took place. I was unaware that the location closed at 9:am. I thought they were open all day long, so we were late. Brian waited for us. He was very friendly and accommodating. He took the time to explain the documents I had to sign. He was very detailed in explaining the workings of the skis. He made the renting experience simple and answered all our questions in a very straight-forward manner. I plan on being a return customer. Brian, thank you for all your help despite forgoing breakfast with your family. You were awesome!!!

I will rent from RentMeFun again. They were great. They let me pick it up at the end of the business day before the day I rented it and return it at the opening of the next business after the rental day for no additional charge.They allowed me to take it anywhere I wanted to without any restrictions. They just asked me not to abuse their equipment. I didnt have a trailer, so I rented one for an additional $40.00 (which is cheaper than Uhaul).We rented the new 2016 Yamaha YXZ 1000r on 10-28-15. It only had 6 hours on it and it still looked brand new. The only reason I rented it, was because we are ready to buy a side by side and wasnt sure if I wanted the Yamaha YXZ 1000r or a Polaris Razor 1000.After renting it, I have decided to buy the Yamaha over Polaris due to how good it handled and fun it was to ride. We decided to wait until Yamaha released the 4 passenger instead of rushing out and buying a Polaris 4 seater. By being able to ride it before I bought it, I was able to realize what I wanted before paying 25K and regretting buying the Polaris.If you are serious about buying something and dont know which one you want, just rent it first. Both Brian and Mike are very helpful and easy to deal with. All of their rentals are high quality and well maintained.When I first pulled up I thought I was at the wrong address, because the front of the business is a car dealership. RentMeFun is near the service sign in between the car dealership and motorcycle repair shop in the back of the building.Great experience. Highly recommended.
