Horrible service, mechanic is not knowledgeable doesn’t trust his own work. Took weeks and weeks on our car that still has not gotten fixed on top of that all of our paperwork including title of car and passed maintenance receipts had been stolen from our glove box. APPARENTLY it was stolen last week but he failed to call us to notify us. We found out on our own and now have police involved because he did not want to be professional. Something is fishy with this guy and I do not appreciate the inconvenience, especially if he knew about it and didn’t tell us.

My car was here for about two weeks and i Picked up my car today Aug 31,2020. As Im leaving, Sandoval says someone went inside my vehicle and took all my past receipts, title, any type of information on my car. Insisting they should have took the radio first. Now as i asked for my receipts, Sandoval refused to reprint what i have had paid for. Not sure what the objective is but no one should have to wait two weeks for their car and hear it was broken into days before i picked it up. No report was made nor was i informed when it happened. Unprofessional! He told me it might be to late, someone would have transfered the name by now this has me in shock and i will never leave my car in this guys presences again.
