Cant say enough about their service and expertise. Was rear ended by a tractor trailer and while I was OK, my car was not. Dealing with Frankie and Nicole was pleasant. They explained the whole process, gave me a detailed quote and dealt with my insurance company on my behalf. When we picked up my car it really looked like new, maybe better than it had looked ;) Such nice folks and excellent craftsmanship. Highly, highly recommend.

Dropped my SUV off here for a bumper and fender repair that was covered by another persons insurance. Staff was easy to deal with, I needed extra work done, they repaired it for very cheap. My car looks great and was nice and clean when I picked it up. It only took two days! Very impressed with this place, I’d go back.

We at Mr. Mikes Auto Coach are a first rate small business and have been for over 50 years. All of our work is guaranteed, if a customer isnt satisfied in any way they can bring the vehicle back and we will make it right. Tony Torres is not in our database, I would hope its not just a bogus claim from someone supporting another body shop, but I can assure you that no body work that has left our shop has been horrible, and our paint system is state of the art utilizing a spectrometer for best possible match, along with adjacent panel blending for accuracy. We need more places like this. Guys are great, and even the prices are reasonable. I guess thats why this place has been around so long. Dont hesitate to at least them a shot, you will probably end up with a new go-to spot.

Disappointed. I had heard from the people who detail my car in Bloomfield that Mr. Mikes is very good with paint match and I should get my touch up paint from them. I stopped at their place and the women behind the desk (sliding window) refused to even speak with me. She wouldnt even open the window to actually hear my question. Not a great indication of their customer service...
