Great customer service and honest about the waiting time which is rare at any place of business. I went for a nail in my tire and a rotation, the manage gave me an estimated time and met it. Other places I’ve gone to tell me 1 hour or 2 and I end up waiting 5 hours, not being able to plan the rest of my day. These guys at Just Tired are top noch and the manager is extremely personable and professional. Multi tasking the whole time in a timely manner that still made all the customers including myself feel attended. Thank you. I will definitely be returning!!

Weird to say but this is my favorite tire changing place? Lol. Always good customer service and am usually in and out under an hour when Ive made an appointment. Recently, the manager, Jason, saved me like $200 by remembering that I had gotten the road hazard insurance when I had bought the tires when I went in to replace the flat. Ive always had good experiences here with tire changes and repairs.Would recommend you call ahead and make an appointment. Waiting room has good AC.

Great customer service! The manager here helped check my tire pressure himself. Unfortunately I had a flat tire with a nail embedded. He helped me fill the pressure anyway so I can get back to my own mechanic. He went above and beyond to troubleshoot my problem without trying to push a sale. Awesome guy!

FALSE ADVERTISING: I was on my way to work when someone flagged me down, letting me know I had a flat. I ask siri to find me closest Flat tire repair to me as I was approaching the central exit off 10fwy, with out dropping a beat I was directed to this shop. I was in the lot about 7:30 waiting for them to open at 8am. Upon waiting my turn I approached the counter and let Manager know I had a flat on my drivers side rear on a semi new tire keep that in mind. Upon letting him know I would be waiting seeing I was on my way to work. He immediately rudely says ohhh man, as if my situation is a burden to him, and states I have a couple appointments a head of you not sure how long it will be before I can get to your vehicle ( in which both people ahead of me left with a ride that was there waiting on them.) I told him no problem I can wait. At 8:40ish upon getting my vehicle up on rack tech seems to be taking his time checking all other tires tread and taking flash light to brake pads, he then tops off my air on all my tires and upon reaching my right rear tire he runs to get manager. Manager waves me down and as I approach him he state hey your right rear is pretty bad and has cracks in it. I let him know that was my original full size spare and havent had time to replace tire, and was just here for my flat tire on left side honestly so I can just back to work. He then stated because of my right rear tire he cant fix my left rear tire.....I say wow really I just need my tire fixed he says yea man sorry cant help you take it to a mom and pop shop, then makes hand gesture and before I know it tech is backing my vehicle out and manager telling me have a nice day. Tire deflated by time I reached pavement and was destroyed by time I could get to a shop that would help me. I missed half day of work and it cost me a brand newish tire, In short Just Tires will not help you if they cant sell you something it seems. I will never support any GOODYEAR / DUNLOP / KELLY product as long as I live mark my words. JUST TIRE might want to change your online listings to state proper info youre not a flat tire repair shop.

Not COVID friendly!!I came here for tires because I was referred by a friend who had used their services prior. When I showed up there was two technicians with masks around their necks and not covering their faces. No social distancing either. I did not feel comfortable so I didn’t even get out of my car and just left. Disappointed they do not take this seriously

I noticed my tire had a slow leak stopped by here there was literally one car being worked on. I thought this would be a quick fix maybe $10 for a patch is all it needed. The guy said it would be like $35 because they take the tire off to patch it. He said everyone else does a plug and patch and theyll charge just as much if not more. I called a competitor just a block away and got way better service no wonder they were so empty

Ive been buying from just tires for years and overall had good experiences.On Aug 9th went around 1130am and sales guy tells me to come back around 230pm because they were going to lunch. He told me we have your tire. It should be ok. On the same day I come back at 230 just tell me they dont have the tire in stock. He tells me to come back Monday to get the tire I need. No big deal. I came back Monday around 4 and talk to different sales guy and he tells me that the tire I need has to be order. I explained to him that I was there the day before and his colleague told me to come back Monday. He say sorry the tires will be shipped and should be there Friday. Alright I will wait. All I want is to replace one tire so to match the other three. I waited till Friday and I make an appointment at 5 and I get the same guy from Sunday. He says you we have the tire but I have to comeback Saturday because they were busy. I said I had an appointment and he didnt honor. The guy said the appointment system is no good and it doesnt work. I said ok what timeShould I be there Saturday morning to guarantee my service? He said he cant tell me but to be prepared to wait for 3 hours. I asked should I come at 800am? He responded with yes but youre going to wait because there was appointments. I was done with them went to tire shop on the same block right after and got my tire changed within an hour. Dissapointed they lost a long time customer

Nice enough staff, but I wouldn’t recommend any major work be performed here based on my experience with a complementary inspection (also giving two stars instead of one because I didn’t spend any money here). Their inspection unfortunately didn’t find simple, preexisting issues that other shops had consistently notified me of, no checklist was provided to verify that an inspection was performed, and a valve stem cap was missing. I dislike leaving negative reviews, but there are good auto shops out there that you’re better off doing business with.

I asked if they had an alignment rack long enough for my truck, which they did. As we walked out of the office the manager spoke with one of the techs as they were ready to drive away for lunch. They both agreed it wouldnt be an issue, and told me to come back an hour later.Upon coming back the tech decided he didnt want to do the work and refused to hear me out and continually spoke over me. He has no clue about the differences between Ford and Dodge Dana 60 front axles, even as he stared at the info on his computer right in front of me. The manager of course sided with his tech and pushed me out of the shop without so much as an apology for lying and wasting my time.Most likely a good thing they didnt get the truck on the rack, as Im afraid of what the quality of their work would be like due to the lack of knowledge, customer service, and courtesy.

Ive been a customer for several years, and have been satisfied each time, whether buying tires, having a leak repaired, or swapping tires between cars.The staff are always helpful and polite, and have a strong customer service attitude. Prices are good, too.The only thing that keeps me from giving five stars is that one time the manager on duty (not the regular gentleman) billed me for an optional roadside assistance plan that I did not ask for, and did not want. But overall, Im glad these guys are in business.

Cost of the tire I had no choice but to buy a tire was just shy of $200.00. The manager said no problem to get the senser light off on my dash. Was off 5 minutes then back on. And never offered me to keep my punctured tire or not. I said I wanted it anyway. They lied. The man that did the work was kind,sweet and did good job on my tires. I wont be returning. I also met another lady waiting said she wont return either.

Called to see how much to have tire pressure sensors installed. Told person who answered I have new oem sensors already (easier than trying to get car working with cheap aftermarket ones) and just want to get them installed and programmed. Was told they wont do it unless I buy sensors from them...long story short, they didnt want my business unless they could rip me off for the cost of the sensors...there loss, was going to buy 4 new tires also since taking off old tires for sensors anyway and since getting 4 tires was going to do alignment also...Would have paid for tpms install and program on 4 tires, 4 new tires, 4 wheel alignment, but now you get nothing.

My mom, sister and I have been coming here for years. Prices are reasonable and getting one of their credit cards have saved me plenty of times. If you spend $300 and you can pay it off in 6 months its interest free... Aka pay it with tax refund money 😉

I arrive 15 mins before they close and me thinking their corporate they would be professional and so forward.. person in charge was like we are about to close what is that you want like that’s a way to talk to a paying customer.. I’ve bought full set of tires here before with a different rep but I felt already neglected just because iGot there while there are closing. And then to top it off they wouldn’t even fix the nail I have in my tire and tried to upsell me to buy a tire. Save your money and forget this dude support your small business that would be happy to get any customer they get and not neglectOne for getting there at an inconvenient hour for them. No way to run a business ahole.

They didn’t do anything really on my suv for check alignment and supposedly replaced new tires. But I went to different just tire store and they told me that I had to replace two front tires. Those new tires I just bought and then they were no good. Unprofessional. Big tire O is way better because of free alignment. Screw three year warranty. Wasted my money for nothing.

I took a Honda Civic by to have the brakes checked and alignment done. After watching the mechanic work on the car for 1&1/2 hours, I finely took the car without any repairs being done. He struggled with checking the brake pad thickness on the rear brakes...not even getting to the front brakes! It was very frustrating watching him try to do something he didnt sppear to know much sbout!

Went in for a flat tire. They attend me right away.I asked how long will it take to fix they gave me about an hour wait because they were a few customers ahead of me. I said oh ok. Sure enough like 15 mins later they had my car up fixing the flat. Cost for a flat $36.00 my tire its like new again they did a great job. Time took 40mins. Would recommend this place & will come again.

Had a copon that they didnt want to honor after I looked at the copon and showed them that it was valid they expected it but it took some insisting on my part. Also they said it would only take an hour after 30 minits they hadnt even started on the car I told them I was short on time. I would avoid these guys. Go somewhere else

We took our car here to have a tire repaired. Though it was under warrantee, they wanted to charge for the repair. We took it to as different Just Tires, and they fixed it at no cost.

Horrible experience dropped my car off to get brakes done at 8:30 a.m. didn’t get out of there til 6:00 p.m. no call to explain why it took so long absolute worst customer service I have ever seen!! Still had the nerve to charge me more for hardware that wasn’t on the original quote never going there again!!

Had an appointment at 1pm came here 30min early. Didnt get started on my car till maybe around 1:30pm to 1:45pm. Still didnt get out till at exaclty 3:17pm. Receipt says out 2:42pm but its only because i paid and went back into the waiting room.Did the job but really cant handle being busy. I understand when things are busy people with appts will get pushed back a little but to be here for more than 2 and a half hours is unheard of.All for an oil change and a single tire replacement.Store manager Vincent Wright. I have a Ford F350 Dually crew cab and had purchased 6 tires from Just Tires in Paris CA. 12 months ago with the warranty. On 2/22/2016 I called Just Tires of of Central because it is close to my home asked if the could rotate my tires on my dually they said yes it would cost about 100 bucks. Ok fine I drove to the store went to the office. The guy behind the counter said are you the guy who called with the dually? I said yes. He then said yeah we dont do duallys we only do cars sorry. So I am writing this review to tell everyone who owns a truck not to go to this store because they only do small cars. I did go to the Just Tires store in Paris the next day and got the tires rotated no problem I will never ever never go to the store off of Central again. Lazy wussys
