So ronald hired me as a receptionist and then on new years fired me for no reason. I enjoyed working there I wish I knew why I was fired.

The only associate worth speaking to is Gil. He was very helpful and took the time to research the issue at hand. All other associates, including and especially manager Ronald DeMyers had no knowledge of what the issue was and made no effort to research or help rectify the issue. I spoke the Mr DeMyers who was not only rude and dismissive but also basically told me that he didn’t know why there was an issue with my billing processes but I was still responsible for the extra charge that resulted from the issue. It wasn’t until I contacted corporate State Farm who then got Gil on the line who went in and not only rectified the issue but also dismissed the extra charge. I am shocked that he knew more information than Mr DeMyers who is supposed to be the manager.

My agent Gill Eli, with State Farm has been taking care of my needs for the past few years and I couldnt be happier. As I have acquired new policies he has always worked to give me the best deals and most flexible service. Mr. Eli has been able to help with anything I have asked and goes above and beyond on things I dont. I appreciate the customer care that my agent provides and I would recommend him with any insurance needs you are looking for.

Ronald Demyers is one of the best agents out there hands down! His life lessons, kindness, and knowledge transfer over to his business. The agent Ron holds his employees to a standard and makes sure each and every household is protected with the right coverage. This place is the worst do not do not get insurance from them.. they only care about taking your payment. They will not help you in anything else, they will not work with you if you have a issue with a claim. They misplace all your paper work and information. The owner has a disgusting attitude even cursed me out. They are not organized and always fire and hire new employees. Every time I call they ask me for the same information I submitted twice because they fire the previous person working there with my info.. save yourself from this company.

Avoid this place. Shady and non communicative. I was given conflicting information by different agents (because the one that was handling my account left the company). Was issued a refund that was far less than I paid, because well, once again conflicting information 🤷🏼‍♂️. And you have to go into the office and cancel your policy in person, although taking payment over the phone to initiate the policy wasn’t an issue at all for them, ironic. Safe yourself the hassle.

If there were more then five stars Gil Eli would definitely be the one to deserve it. He provided me with outstanding customer service and was very knowledgeable, informative and caring in helping me find an insurance that I can afford. 10 out of 10 recomend! Great customer service by Gil Eli. He really cares about his clients and goes the extra mile to make sure that you are satisfied. I cant say enough good things about Ron and his staff. You will understand the value of an insurance company when you have to submit a claim. No Insurance company is more responsive than State Farm and no agency has better customer service than This branch. Dont go with the cheapest or you will get what you pay for. State Farm is A+.

Recently bought a house and went with State Farm for home insurance. Monique Perry was awesome - friendly, helpful, informative and followed up all my requests immediately.In the end of all the quotes I got from other insurers, State Farm were the best - but if they had been more expensive I would have considered going with them because they were so much more helpful than others I contacted!Ill be back for auto soon!

I have to say I was wowed the feel of the office, the attention to detail, and my experience from the first visit was on point. Lydia, greeted me upon my arrival, Vanessa offered me a drink and the agent stopped by just to welcome me to the Agency. I got great service, my coverages explained, and my expectations exceeded. Thats a wow - in todays world. I referrred my employer who also experienced similar service. Good people!

I meet with Monique she quoted me for auto insurance the rate was to high 🙁. However, she offered me a quote for renters insurance and helped me get approved for an auto loan. I wasnt expecting bank products at an insurance company. I close my loan next week. Great service, awesome choices, nice office flow. Im happy I stopped in 😚😚😚😚

If I could give them negative stars I would. I was very specific about the plan that I wanted but the new agent didnt sign me up for what I was very specific that I needed. I am reported this agent and would NEVER recommend them. They consistently dont know what theyre doing and its not a risk worth taking. The client should not have to pay for a poorly trained new employee.

I read the reviews and took a chance. I’m glad I did! The Staff has been wonderful: they completed my home inspection prior to our closing. Worked directly with our mortgage broker on all the needed insurance stuff. My previous agent was right Ron’s Office is tops in the country.

Horrible communication and customer service. Look past the last three months’ comments-they have been trying to solicit positive reviews.After being told that—after 18 years with State Farm—our policy was cancelled and needed to be rewritten.Me: The customer service agent told me to call back if this happened, because the 30 day cancellation was due to your office sending our mail to the wrong address, and then failing to follow up after our conversation the first week of May. During that conversation, your office stated that they would look into why you were billing our second mortgage, you would bill our mortgage and call me back if there were any problems. I received no call until very late in the day the day before I paid our premium. I told you I would come into the office the following day and you said that was fine. So it seems like--on multiple levels--all of this is your fault.This office: I understand but unfortunately, there is nothing that can be done to reinstate that policy. As the system no longer allows us or our underwriters to do it. You will have to set up a brand new policy.

Switching to this agency has been a nightmare their just out to scam you and for money. Working with gil is the worst choice he does not return your calls or concerns he’s only there to make money for him self . My brother and I who are now leaving State Farm would get bills for services we did request and they would change information without YOUT PERMISSION. Avoid this place at all cost !!!!!!!!! Switched to farmers with Lou Yontef he’s a amazing agent.

I was insured with Ron when he first opened and have found this to be an extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous office. This is the reason I have stayed there. Insurance is only important when you need it and I know I can rely on Rons agency when I need them.

Had to switch to Cure InsuranceUnbeknownst to us these guys closed our account due to non-payment, but never told us as we wouldve surely updated our credit card. Supposedly tried to get a hold of us, but never received a letter, email nor phone call (we checked our phone bill going back months). Fyi, an insurance lapse makes your next policy premium more than double. The only insurance company I found who doesnt factor lapses is Cure insurance and were actually cheeper.
