Thanks Montclair Limo for an exhilarating experience. What a way to end my vacation. I do have to say you guys did email me 2 days prior to confirm pick-up. My flight came in 30 minutes early last Sunday morning. I texted the service that I was early to tell the driver. I got my bags still no response. I called the service and spoke to a guy whom I seemed to have woken up. Sorry bud didn’t mean to wake you up. But he did say he would contact the driver. Well 20 minutes later no driver called service and got voice mail. Hey Montclair Limo thanks. I can’t remember the last time I was at Newark Airport, 12:45 am and looking for a way to get home. I will make sure I tell all my friends and colleague. Oh, still never received call back from voice mail I left.

The Team at Montclair Limo are professional and courteous throughout the entire process. Scheduling a car is easy no matter what time of day or night. I have been using Montclair Limo for the past few years. They are fantastic! Reliable, professional, and respectful. I travel quite a bit for business and I now use them exclusively for travel to and from the NYC area airports. I have also recommended them to a lot of other people. If you have a need for a car service, use these guys. You will not be disappointed!

VERY bad experience. I hired them to take us into NYC on a Friday night. They picked us up in Cedar Grove and got us to Broadway as planned HOWEVER they were supposed to pick us back up outside the theater at 10:20 and were a NO SHOW. After calling & texting the driver several times with no reply, we called the office and the dispatcher could not locate the driver and claimed there was no manager or owner available, so we were left stranded on the streets of NYC. We had to take another service home at the cost of $190.00. What made this SO much worse was that I called the office 2 times on Saturday and each and EVERY day the following week asking to speak to a manager or owner and every time I was told the manager and owner were not in, not to mention, each time I asked for the managers name I was given a different name. No one bothered to return any of my messages even after explaining that if I did not get a return call I would be posting my experience as a VERY negative review.

Steer clear of these folks.My call to reserve a car seemed fine until I was called back the day before my trip to confirm pickup.The person on the phone had someone elses information while confirming my pick up. After straightening out the mix up, I was assured that everything was set.Almost needless to write that, of course, come the morning of pickup there was no car.I called their office only to be met with a voicemail message. I left a message requesting an immediate call back that never came.Only after I wrote an email expressing my dismay at their service did I receive a return email apologizing and claiming that their driver must have overslept instead of making the pickup time.I missed a flight and wasted a half day of vacation because of their unprofessional and lazy operation.The best you can do is avoid this business. There is no excuse why a driver wouldnt make a pickup AFTER the pickup was already confirmed. It was actually far more surprising that there was no one at their contact number to help leaving my family and I completely stranded.Ive taken a lot of corporate cars in my lifetime and have never before seen such disorganization and lack of accountability.This was truly the most disappointing car transportation service I have ever attempted to use.

I opted to use the company because they offer car seats for my two little ones but after a mix up (no car seats) I got cussed out and hung up on, stranded at the airport with my kids. Awful.

Ordered a limo for a pickup in NYC. Limo called my cell 25 minutes late saying I needed to walk 4 blocks to meet it! Which I did not have the ability to do. Had to hail a taxi to take me back to Montclair. Very difficult. Will never use this service again.
