I placed an order with this company a few weeks ago, haven’t heard from them. I’ve emailed, I’ve called multiple times and no one answers the phone. Will I ever receive my order? Will I get my money back? Will I ever hear from them? Who knows! Highly upset with their customer service. Should have read Google reviews first! Shame on me.

1 star for shipping timely…and that’s where it ends. The box was wrapped by a 2 year old; shipped broken plates (6 out of 10 busted); wrong glasses sent (both design and type…4 out of 12 were actual spout glasses used to pour and not drink from; wrong table cloths sent…ordered “better than linen” got cheap see thru plastic; dinnerware plates were translucent…thankfully no one was walking around otherwise it would have been an epic fail. There’s a reason why there’s only 1 location for these guys….

This review is more than a year overdue but, as cliché as this expression is, its here to rescue me: better late than never!For our sons bar mitzvah celebration, which we hosted in our home, we went to the Party Source to shop for our party goods. Though their physical store is not too big, their selection is huge!! Stevens wife happened to have been there and she was soooo patient and helpful and assisted us in choosing the perfect dishes and cutlery, all of which were gorgeous and of great quality. Our guests all commented on how pretty and upscale the goods were! (Tried attaching photos but the images kept flipping in various directions and looked dizzying and messy to the eye, so opted to skip the pics. Which is a pity because really looked so very beautiful!)Our bar mitzvah purchases are by far not the only ones at the Party Source though! Its certainly our store of choice for paper goods, due to their amazing selection and great customer service. When we once wanted something specific which they didnt have in stock, Steven immediately phoned his supplier and ordered it for us. Weve also received return calls even after store hours, when Steven noticed that there was a missed call on the store phone!Each time we are at the store, we also see Steven busy packaging and preparing for shipment the many online orders that come in...Steven is kind and helpful and stocks a fantastic array of goods, making the Party Source a definite go-to for us!!

What amazing experience!!Steven was incredible!! We order for the holidays, and put in for 2 day shipping as we were late with our order. Once shipped it showed delayed. Realizing that it wasn’t going to make it in time, I called them. Steven right away said he would overnight anything we needed right away! At no extra charge! We ended up receiving everything on time and in great condition!! Will absolutely do business again!! This is your place for all your party needs! Don’t hesitate for even a second to order from them! I cant say enough about Steven & A Party Source! I had a unique experience that was a breath of fresh air. On Friday I called to see what the hours of the store were and he explained they were closed and asked what i was looking for. I told Steven i needed baking loaf trays. He told me no problem, I will leave them on the door handle and call me on monday to pay. He didnt ask for any contact information and i drove to the store and there in a bag was 80 baking trays. It was such an act of kindness-thank you-you made my day and renewed my faith in people doing good gestures! I will continue to shop at your store and be your best advertiser and fan!

Party Source is a great company . They fulfill orders and ship quickly. I got delivery 3 days after I placed my order! The customer service is second to none! I highly recommend them and will definitely order again.

I placed an order with this company on August 3, 2013. After 2 calls and an email I still have not heard back from them. I find it interesting there is not a live person to answer a phone call only the voicemail with instructions to leave your order number and they will call back. No order received or shipped, no response from this company. But they sure will take your payment right away.

I ordered for a party and received my items right away. They have great customer service, and a huge selection of everything. Pleasure to do business with, would recommend to everyone.

Now where should I begin?I ordered a few things for my sisters baby shower a couple of months ago. After waiting over a month for my order to be filled I sent an email checking on the status. Apparently, they had some problems with my card and I was not informed (Strike 1). We fixed the issue and my things we shipped out the next day.The box arrived later that week, but it was not a company box. I am pretty sure they stopped at a grocery store for boxes. It was very unprofessional, but I could let that slide. Unfortunately, when I opened the box it got worse. My utensils were wrapped in a grocery bag. Actually, they were not even wrapped up. They were tossed in the bag (Strike 2).Okay fine, apparently, they have packaging issues. I could deal with that, but the biggest issue was the product itself. The plates were much smaller than shown on the website (Im sure they sent the wrong size) and they were flimsy. These plates could barely hold a cookie without bending in the middle. We actually had to double up plates and we need to buy more sturdy plates for the food.Strike 3.I swear I will never order from this company again. I could have done better at a dollar store.Now, if you excuse me I am going to go buy some plates that wont melt or bend when I put some warm food on it.

Great customer service!! I needed an item by a certain date for a last minute party and they shipped the order the same day. It arrived in plenty of time and the item was magnificent!! Will definitely order again!!

I wished I read the reviews before I ordered from this company. The same issue with delivery, packaging and the quality of the product.1. Delivery - they have not even processed my order till 4 days later, only after my phone call.2. The packaging for forks and knives was not sealed, seems like someone is just through them in a clear bags3. The clear plates are so weak that they cant hold anything. And this is the final point as I feel that I can just throw them in the garbage. I cant use them.

Ordered tablecloths for a big event. After a delayed start thanks to a snowstorm, they upgraded my delivery to get it to me on time. Ill have what I need for my party now. The shipping boxes arent fancy, but I dont care because they keep prices down. My order is just as expected. Thanks!

They said it would be shipped out in 3 days. I called for a week and a half straight and no answer. i called from a different number and THEY PICKED UP!!! They set it up so my phone number would go to voicemail!!! The man said he would ship it that day, LIESS!!! I called and got no answer. Boy was i pissed. The party came and went April 30th and no decorations. The owner is unprofessional and has an attitute. Thank GOD for PARTY CITY

I placed my order July 9th and my account was debited. Its almost going on a 4weeks and I still have not received my order it was never shipped. So finally after weeks waiting I contact you last Thursday and you say its being shipped thst day priority mail because you realized you failed to send my order in the first place. After I get off the phone you guys ran my debit card again for a 2nd transaction same amount. I tride calling immediately and you guys were closed. This is totally not acceptable as these are for my special day my wedding. I have called 15x this morning and no one will answer and my calls are being ignored. I will be reporting you guys to the better business Bureau and contacting my bank to have the charges reversed as you did not have authorization and you will not answer my calls to fix the situation. I will be writing a review and it will not be so great as I have received such terrible customer service I am very disappointed.

Wonderful customer service, orders arrive on time.

Ordered special napkins on September 29, for a motorcoach tour on October 11th. I called on October 9th to see why I had not received merchandise. I was told the package was at the local post office and I would receive it the next day. NEVER CAME!When we got back from our tour, we found the package in our mailbox postmarked the same day I called them. This is the same problem everyone who has written a review has with the company. They need to close their business.

Placed an online order for a party 2 + weeks ahead of time. When items didnt arrive, I emailed, got no response; called, got no answer; then went through Paypal to submit email through ANOTHER email address and finally got the response, they must be out of stock. No offer to expedite an alternative or anything. AND their Facebook page has similar stories. Save yourself the inconvenience and headache and avoid this business.
