They claim that they arent charging clients but in truth all flip phones filters- although it takes them minutes to filter - are getting charged big time.#2 Tag is dictating you that you cant choose what to filter and what not - at least on a flip phone. So in my case I wanted to keep video clips but they said its either - orMy recommendation: go a block away to their competition - Geder - and you will see what services is all about.

Though I sincerely support the cause. Due to the need of the generation & generations to come. I truly believe, that better service would be provided & more efficiently, Hence the employees would be on payroll vs. being volunteers, and no one standing up for anything.

When you call this place make sure to ask if its TAG.You were probably forwarded to the company that provides the filter.The requests you submit to open a site or make changes to your account will not necessarily be managed by TAG if your PC was setup here.If you want TAG to be involved with what is and is not allowed to be accessed on your computer either find another TAG location (Lakewood/Flatbush/BP) or make sure to walk-in. DO NOT CALL THIS PLACE.

Great service. Very friendly staff work with you to set up the best filter option for you. They make it easy to own a filtered device without it getting irritating. In many cases the filters can be adjusted remotely to allow for temporary or permanant changes. They arent extremely frum about it as you may expect rather they are very understanding of peoples needs and will enable things you decide you need including Facebook or YouTube though they will for example encourage you to use their filters force Safe Search function.I am very happy I discovered TAG & I encourage anyone with an Internet capable device to check out their services.

Helped me filter numerous devices for the entire family including iPhones, tablets, notebooks and desktop computers.I have returned numerous times for updates. I was always treated with respect and sensitivity. They never pushed me more than we were ready.We also appreciate their expertise. We needed one website for professional training that has You Tube embedded videos. They helped us with a special filter that will allow You Tube content only on that training website.Oh... We never paid a dime for all their services.We all (Totty, Mommy, adult children ) work on the internet all day. Between us we work in finance, special ED, consulting, manufacturing and more. We are an example where you CAN have filtered devices and not compromise your income. Yes, here and there it happens that you have to request them to open a site. Its part of keeping Kosher. Dont let the Yetzer Hora tell you otherwise. He does not have your best interest in mind.
