The Molly Maid team is diligent and helpful. We have a two storey house and they have been cleaning our house on a regular basis. We once reported an area of concern, to our surprise, Stephanie, the supervisor came aling with the crew to make sure that things are taken care of. During the COVID period. They informed us that they have taken steps to provide sufficient cleansing of our home. We truly appreciate the teams continuous and diligent support

Call to get an estimate and the she explained everything clearly, but unfortunately she did not service my home in Valley. She still gave me an estimate over the phone and referred me to other molly maid in valley.

Molly Maid did a deep thorough cleaning of a family member’s home for us. They were fantastic. Four ladies arrived and promptly got to work in different rooms of the house. Cobwebs and dust accumulated over years on walls, windows and window dressings were removed immediately. The kitchen floor which I had tried numerous times to clean was scoured and things stuck to the floor removed. I am a meticulous housekeeper and have exacting standards, especially in the cleaning of bathrooms and kitchens. Molly Maid met my standards. Molly Maid in the space of four hours produced a significantly healthier, cleaner home setting for our relative. We are very pleased and will have them clean weekly for us.

The cleaning crew comes well-prepared and well-trained. With four people, it takes them only about two hours to clean my whole house! Also, there is always at least one member of the team who speaks fluent English, and there is a supervisor who comes at the beginning of the appointment to confirm what I want done, then returns at the end of the appointment to go over the house and make sure I am satisfied BEFORE I pay. This is great service!

Call to get an estimate for cleaning my house. The staff was very friendly, but I found out my house was not in their service area. The staff directed me a correct Molly Maid in my area and offered to transfer the information. It was nice to have a friendly conversation.

They do a great job of cleaning our Office every week. We have never had any issues with their service. Staff is great!

I called these geniuses for a one time house cleaning because my regular service wasnt available. I made the appointment and they had to send someone out to give me an estimate. Once the lady came out for the estimate, they had booked over the day and time I had reserved initially and wouldnt budge. They also said it would take 4 to 5 hours to clean my tiny house!!!! They ended up only spending 1 hour 45 minutes after being 40 minutes late. They barely dusted and when they did, it was only around things, leaving dust on pictures and under tables. They didnt dust the bookshelves or my piano. They didnt dust under furniture and only around tables. They didnt clean anything above 5 feet, leaving ceiling fans, doors and light fixtures untouched. They did not even vacuum under the dining room table. I dont think they even mopped the bathroom floor either. The kitchen baseboards werent cleaned and after specifically saying they would clean inside the microwave, they didnt! It was a superficial and shoddy job. Absolutely terrible. To top it all off, they dumped their loose vacuum dust in my recycling bin!!!! The owner doesnt care that his people do a bad job. I would not recommend them unless you follow them around to be sure they are doing their job.

These women are wonderful! Always smiling, kind and great workers! Always a joy to see them...
