Cycle classes and yoga classes are terrific here. great instructors, good bikes, huge space for classes, easy parking

I love ❤️ this gym !!! I take Zumba and Yoga with Silvia and I’m getting in shape fast. I also workout at the machines.

Weekends are best before they close. Nobody is there.

Its clean, cleaning supplies available, distancing encouraged. All in all confident in a safe environment and an enjoyable workout

This is one of the best gyms i have ever been to. The staff is amazing, the best equipment, and can cater to what ever your fitness goal is. 5 stars isn’t enough!!!!

I would give this place 5 stars but I just found they are closing the kids club. I love the kids club. LuLu is the best. Now as a stay at home mom I cant go to the gym. I have no kids club to drop them off at. I am so frustrated at 24 hour fitness. My sisters membership cant go to the Arcadia gym. So I will be canceling my membership on December 1 and letting the club know this is their fault. I have been a loyal member for 20 years and my sister 25 years. I hope others join me in this venture and take a stand as a loyal consumer.

This gym is one of better gyms Ive been to. The staff are friendly, the equipment is repaired fairly quick and its atmosphere is what a gym is supposed to feel like. My review is based on what the gym provides... The other stuff like the big crowds, the messy restrooms shouldnt impact its rating much because its the dirty & messy people that are at fault. If you go there to get your pump on, youll be good.

Loved that I could come at the darkest of nights and work out on my time. I usually just come here for the stationary bikes (some of which dont fully function), but overall its decent. Friendly staff. Not terribly crowded. Parking is easy enough.

Really overpriced. We were stupid for doing a one-year commitment on one of our accounts because we ended up moving. We were told once the commitment was over, our card wouldn’t be charged anymore. Well we signed up in March 2017 and we were charged for April 2018 $29.99. Called and they were only able to give us back $19.99 because we “didn’t cancel”. Total B.S.. Never going back to this company.

Very cheap, felt like I was in some local gym that doesnt do well. The water from the fountains is HORRIBLE and smells. The showers are gross, no curtains or privacy what so ever, just a big room w faucets coming out of the wall.

Staff is generally friendly (the managers are cool), but the place is filthy and not very well maintained. Funny, because 24s motto is clean, friendly, and well maintained. My experience there, thats hardly even 1/3 true.

Facility person needs to learn how to talk to different types of people. Not everyone is old and wants to be his friend. Can be very rude. Needs attitude adjustment, big Time

Not as clean or new as other local 24 hours butt they have done a lot of upgrades in the last year. I come here because its the least crowded its many amenities of the Arcadia location but its easy to get in out and eat my workout jn

The people giving this place 4 stars must have been raised with dirt floors.Small, no amenities, cramped, filthy, old equipment, lockers wearing out, falling apart. So cramped, I couldnt even get out of the way of the people using the 20 to 55 free weights (the most popular).No jacuzzi, no sauna, no pool, no steam room, no towel serviceUrinals arent automatic flush. No place to put your hair conditioner, gel in the shower.I realize this isnt a super sport, but even for a regular 24 hour fitness, its just bad. I can just imagine what this place looks like during rush hour--what a horrorAll of fhe 24hourfits Ive been to that arent super sport, are pretty awful.

It’s alright, there is some equipment that needs to be updated.

Nothing spectacular, or as a doctor writing a report would say unremarkable which means nothing either extra good or extra bad was noted. If youre looking for privacy or tony locker rooms, ante up for a SuperSport level membership. But Ive found the clients at SuperSport clubs to be too snooty for me. YMMV
