I took my car to Caliber Collision in Monrovia after another driver backed into my car while gunning it; she didn’t even check to see if anyone was behind her. Luckily, she admitted that it was all her fault and her insurance paid to repair my car. Caliber worked with her insurance company to do the work. And they did an outstanding job!Caliber had my car for just over a week. Not only did they make sure that the alignment was perfect, they also fixed an issue that I didn’t know about that the accident had made significantly worse. A barring was wearing out. After the accident, I thought that just the alignment was out. But Caliber found the worn bearing which was making my car randomly jerk. They replaced it for free even after the insurance company said they wouldn’t cover it.During the process, Caliber and I spoke several times to let me know what was going on and what was being done. Chris who I spoke to when the car was initially dropped off is great. He’s friendly, answered all my questions, and handled everything to do with the insurance company. On top of that, I had my dog with me. We talked about his plans on adopting a dog.When I picked up my car, I hardly recognized it. They had completely cleaned it. It looked brand new. But even better than that, I’ve driven the car for almost two weeks. It drives better now than when I bought it used 2 years ago. It’s a 2011 Juke with a manual transmission. Chris told me they returned it to factory specs, and he wasn’t kidding. The car drives like a dream. Before the accident, I just drove it around to get me from place to place. But now I actually enjoy driving it. And since getting it back, I’ve made it a point to drive in different conditions: traffic, no traffic, freeway, street, etc.Bottom line, I’m so glad I took my car there to be repaired. I received fantastic customer service and got my car back in significantly better condition than when it went in. I hope never to have an accident again. But if I do, I know where to take my car.

A bribery attempt by the technician in return for a favorable review only made an unusual situation even worse when I discovered negligent repair practices on my vehicle post-delivery. However, the customer service team was receptive and accommodating to order the parts that were either broken or missing. I opted to pickup the parts and install myself as trust in their workmanship had been significantly diminished. Unfortunately, I did not experience what so many great reviews about this place profess. While customer service was empathetic and willing to work through issues caused by their technicians, the work itself was subpar. No amount of customer service can offset bad repair practices (breaking things and not replacing them, reassembling pieces and omitting parts used in the factory assembly). I suggest that if you do decide to go with this shop, know your vehicle and second look a little closer upon inspecting your vehicle post-repairs.

I took our vehicle to Caliber collision due to an insurance claim. Our vehicle was involved in a hit, and run incident while being parked, and fortunately no one was inside. Caliber kept in contact through the whole process start to end keeping us in the loop while keeping their timeline that was set for our vehicle. They handed the car over as promised on timeline, they even washed it, polished it, and topped the gas tank off for us. I have absolutely no worries towards placing our soon to be new born son inside this vehicle knowing that it was done correctly, top to bottom. Most importantly that the structure of the vehicle will hold its integrity, god forbid this were to happen again. I have to admit our car looks brand new again, thank you to the whole Caliber team, you definitely won over another customer that will spread the word of the amazing customer service, and overall experience I received. Took truck in to get repaired after accident. John is very friendly and helpful. They send out updates to the status of your vehicle. Told me it would be done within a week. So now is the waiting game to see if that is true and how well the repairs are. Will rate again after I get it back.

Very un happy with service. They talk a good game and look professionalbut once they took possession of my project the delays started. It was delay after delay which turned into weeks after weeks of excuses.I called and emailed corporate offices never got a call back.Ended up going some where else after 4 weeks.After complaining the Mgr simply said sorry YOU feel that waythey might do good work if they actually get around to it.

If you have body damage on your vehicle and have the urge to hit the Reset button, as if it never happened, then you should bring your car to Caliber Collision in Monrovia. Theres no comparison for John and Juan. These 2 gentlemen will go above and beyond, not only for you but for your vehicle as well. And that is a testimony Im sincerely glad to put in writing. I took my car to Caliber Collision because they were highly recommended by my insurance company Mercury, (they will also receive an outstanding review, but thats another personal experience to be shared all by itself). A metal object shape resembling a boomerang, shot out like a Sidewinder missile from the rear tires of a 18 wheeler which was on the next lane 10 to 15 feet ahead of my car. The metal shrapnel caused some seriously dangerous damage to the electrical system that controls all the safety features of my car. Also the under body took some of the damage. They figured out and fixed all the issues within 4 days, but they also volunteered their expertise in what they do best, and popped out a dent that was on the rear Quarter panel on the passenger side of the car. They really didnt have any obligation to do what they did, but they care for your vehicle as much as you.
