Patient, humorous, & truly offers actually beneficial help for my living situation especially if one is disabled and cannot work for themselves

First place to visit if you are low income or a senior citizen or a resident of Monroe County. The wonderful people here will assist you if you have concerns about having enough food, shut off notices, transportation for medical appointments, etc. Stop in or call to get or give help.

Food pantry is a blessing for anyone who might want appreciate the giving.

MCOP has helped me with food and helped me with Rent & Utilities. People are friendly and they welcome the community. The Lords Pantry if you need help or food they are there.

Their senior programs are outstanding, I needed help, they were there, moved me in the right direction.

They refused to help and accommodate my needs. workers never called back. just no effort or follow through. doesnt feel like they actually want to help people.

Still waiting on my help the were supposed take care of 2 weeks ago but very nice understanding and caring people!

Theyre great bunch of people they try to help you in any way they can, they go out of the way to help you being a senior citizen its hard for me to get around and all you have to do is tell him and they will try so hard to help in any way they can

One word. AMAZING. MCOP is unstoppable, they have an absolutely wonderful and hard working staff. They can and will try their very best to help you in just about any way. This place is a blessing machine in disguise. They helped me go from having nothing to feeling human again. Mcop.....what can I say but amazing!! This organization has helped me and my husband tremendously. We love the Lords harvest food pantry. And they replaced our old furnace and put in insulation. We also in 2017 had renovations to our home and we are very pleased. We had our kitchen done too and are very happy w it. Thank u Mcop!

MCOP is a very good non-profit that helps many of Monroe Countys low income, etc in need of various forms of assistance. They have a wide variety of programs to assist residents. The most popular would probably be their food pantry but there are a lot of programs. I would suggestion you visit their website to learn about the other programs and I would even call them as a resource if you need something you dont see listed as they could probably guide you in the right direction.

Love the helpful smiling ladies, however, super hard to get someone on the phone when calling the operator.

Mcop has always been a good place for information, weatherization programs, food pantry and alot of other programs and services. Just call and ask for help. The personnel are nice and informative. Great place with resources.
