Kevin is wonderful. He and his staff are very friendly and helpful. Always go well beyond expectations. Plenty of inventory and always willing to notify when items are supposed to arrive.

Have bought a few things from Kevin and his crew. Definitely will continue to buy from them. Very helpful and knowledgeable on appliances and the prices are very fair.

Terrific!Called on Monday to schedule a service tech to check a problem with my 4 year old dryer. Tuesday technician arrived and inspected the dryer. Located the problem, went to his truck, came back with the required parts and installed it in 25 minutes. Friendly, courteous,efficient and economical. Very pleased with my experience with Kevins Appliance

All I can say is Wow, called to ask a question about a item that he posted, could not get his web page to load, He then started to argue with me about how wonderful his web page was, and how he had no inventory now,,, . I’m sorry your web page did not work for me no reason to yell at me,,,,, highly recommend if you have questions or want good customer service I would stay away... Weve had Kevin repair our past appliances with great success and service. Wednesday we had issues with our stove; I called Kevin. He said bring it down; I did early Thursday morning. He looked at it the same day. I picked it up late Thursday afternoon......in and out in less than 12 hours, we were very impressed once again and always appreciate his straight to the point and get it done approach. We will continue to go to Kevin given our past experiences with him and the service hes provided, thanks my friend and appreciate you as always.

Will never shop there again. Bought a used fridge, and he agreed to put fridge in the basement. They delivered to garage, didnt have manpower to put in basement on that day. No problem. I called back a week later to check in, and then 2nd time 4 days later - Kevin yelled at on the phone and hung up on me. I went into the store to have a face to face conversation and he yelled at me and told me to Get the f^%$ outta my store!. Professional when I bought the fridge, but once he had my money was rude and verbally abusive. Should be allowed to give zero stars. I filed a complaint with Monroe Chamber of Commerce and the Better Business Bureau.

Called several times left messages. Was sold a range back in November and burner never worked. Nobody will return our phone calls or message attempts. Supposedly a new ignitor switch was ordered, but would like to know why nobody cares to call us to replace it?

Very friendly sales team got us in and out loaded up within minutes! Definitely would recommend family and friends to check them out!

Do I have to give a star? Worst customer service I have ever received, ever! Owner actually hung up on me not once, but twice.....all I want is to fix my fridge and he wouldnt even let me talk. Talked right over me until hanging up on me. If he could not fix it since I waited 2 months for a call back (which I never received) all he had to say was that, instead he decided to hang up on me. I own a local business too you can not treat customers this bad. I have already told 5 people about this experience, and they all said they are not surprised....just say no, youve been warned!

Spoke with Sam, who wasnt pushy. Found a mattress I liked after he had explained different types, answered my questions and pointed out what would meet my budget. I set up a delivery time, and was happy to hear it would be free. (I had hoped since I live just off the Square that might be possible, but you never know.) I was a bit nervous about scheduling delivery during my lunch hour because I didnt have a lot of time. But not only did they show up exactly as planned, they pulled up to the door about five minutes early. The delivery guys were professional and polite. I did not encounter one problem in my entire experience with Kevins. Based on my experience, Id recommend this place to everyone.

My husband and I have used Kevins twice now in the past year. Once for a dryer and yesterday again for a washer. Both times we worked with Sam. Sam is extremely friendly and has great knowledge. They gave use credit towards our new used items for our old ones that didnt work anymore. The value and quality of the used products they sell are top notch. We will always go there for used appliances as they are affordable and reliable.

My elderly parents purchased a scratch and dent washer and dryer combo. As another reviewer commented, the sale was very pleasant and things seemed good. Once home with the unit though it was nothing but problems. Sam was very friendly about it but the owner was not. He chewed my butt royally. My parents put more into the washer and dryer than what they paid for it. Less than six months later now and its been scrapped and a new one purchased. Will never do business with this company again because this scratch and dent product should have been junked from the get-go.

I had purchased a scratched and dent fridge from Kevins in May which had a minor scratch on one of the doors. I came in with my family to look at it and decide we could get over the blemish for the price. The buying experience was very pleasant. They loaded it up into the back of my truck and wrapped it in plastic and secured it with tie downs for me. Very pleased at this point .We get back to our house unload it and take the plastic bag off only to find marks across the whole front of the fridge which would not come off. Whatever happened it damged the finish. I went to look at the plastic bag see if there was any debris that could have cause this and I really didnt find to much but there was some kind of residue inside which most likely was the cause. I emailed them photos of the damage and wanted to see if they could do anything for us. I got a voicemail from them saying stuff and things and that they would get back to me. I havent heard anything and probably wont at this point so I am writing this review so you can be cautious when having them wrapped your appliances.Unfortunately there is no way to reply to your last comment so I am adding it in to my review. I am thankful that you are looking for doors for us but how were we supposed to know that without you telling us? I am unappreciative of you saying that I asked or expressed that we have it wrapped in plastic when if you would have asked me I would have said that I have my own protective wrap. Instead when it was loaded someone put the plastic bag over it. I thought you guys are the professionals so I let guys do their thing and put my wrapped back in the truck.

Love this place. We have gotten a Fridge and a Stove from here. In 2008, we got a fridge and it still runs wonderful. They even delivered it too us for just $25. In 2010, we bought a flat top range from them for our new home and it still works great. The stove was delivered for free because we didnt need it by a certain day. They even made a return trip when I called about the racks they brought not fitting my oven. Love these guys. I will never go elsewhere. Love that they have a 1 year warranty on them. I highly recommend.

My Wife and I recently purchased a refrigerator from Kevin’s. The fridge worked great for about 3 weeks, but then stopped working while we were on our honeymoon. Kevin’s honored their 30 days policy and provided a full refund as well as travel expense to return the fridge. It was a bad situation which Kevin’s made very pleasant. We would like to personally thank Chad for staying in contact with us and working with us. Thank you!

They did not show up on time for a scheduled appointment (almost 4 hours late). We were flexible about this, we just were frustrated that there was no communication to let us know what was going on. My husband worked from home that day to be able to be there for the scheduled appointment. He needed to know a time frame since it was running so much later than the time frame we had been given. Then, the repair man was unable to fix our washer because he needed to order the part. Again, this was understandable. He told us he would go back to the shop and call us before the end of the day with a price estimate.We never received a call from them letting us know if they had the part or what it would cost to order. We gave them until the end of the next business day before calling to ask what was going on. The owner, Kevin, said sorry and wanted to call us back. After saying we were frustrated with the lack of communication, Kevin became very angry and said he had already said sorry, and wondered if he should fire or punch his repair man in the kidney. Those were his exact words. This was absolutely the worst customer service we have ever experienced and we felt we were even pretty flexible about the whole thing. We will not be doing any more business with Kevin and will tell anyone considering it to do the same.

Very disappointed. Purchased a washer and dryer from Kevins Appliance this past June, and have had nothing but issues with the both of them. First our dryer in October which cost us an extra $200 to get fixed, and now our washer just stopped working and I have two children so our laundry is piling up while we wait to get it repaired. Very disappointed, could have just purchased new ones to begin with.
