Your staff did an amazing job with everything. I cant think of anything that was not perfect. your staff were very professional. I am so glad I asked your company to help out. The owner Angela is very friendly and professional. Its a home based business so their prices seem much more reasonable than other places. I am only giving 2 stars because of the customer service. You might reach her once, but never again. I was nervous to make sure Id be able to get my rentals because she is NEVER available!! You have to actually go to her home business to reach her. It was always hit or miss and she rarely returns phone calls. Im sure shed have much more business if she had better customer service skills. Overall, I had a pleasant experience with this company, just frustration about not being able to ever reach her.

Worse Customer Service Ever!!!! I tried and call several times and no one answers the phone. I sent an email with my request and it took the owner 3 days to get back to me, once she did get back with me she told me that I could only pick up the equipment on Friday at 10am, unfortunately like most of the world both my husband and I work. When I asked her for an alternate time and/or date she ignored my messages. After three emails and two days of waiting she emailed me to tell me that is her only time available and that is it. I will never use her service again and absolutely never refer anyone to her. PS: I used this service one other time and the chairs were so dirty that we had to scrub them with bleach before we could use them, this was my second try and thankfully it was not meant to be. This person is too unprofessional and obviously doesnt care about customer service or the customer. Today is Thursday and my party is on Sunday, after wasting a week with this person, I have to find elsewhere to provide me with the equipment needed.
