We just received our wedding video last month, and gosh, it was magical! Fairytale Productions did an extraordinarily splendid job on creating memorable footage of our wedding for us and putting it together in two beautiful videos. The drone footage was such a nice surprise on top of all the already amazing footage. Tony, our assigned videographer, was the best!! He worked so well with our photographer in capturing our day and he was thoughtful and super nice! The entire experience was a success and we will cherish the videos from our wedding for many years to come.

We hired fairytale productions as our photographer videographer and got our photo booth through them and can’t say enough good things about them! They were so helpful during the planning process, always quick to respond to our calls and emails and answered all our questions. In the beginning I was slightly nervous not having access to our specific photographer and only the planning company but they always contacted me and made sure I felt comfortable! I wish I could give more than five stars. We had Fairytale for our DJ for the night and Jason did not disappoint. He played everything that he was asked, but he has the ability to really feel out the crowd and had everyone on the floor all night! He was absolutely perfect for the duration of our event! We choose Fairytale Productions after seeing Lisa H.s photography work. We absolutely loved her style and knew she was best for us for our Belle Isle wedding. The only thing that was slightly concerning with Fairytale- they took a long time to guarantee we would have Lisa and did not seem to understand we chose their company for her specifically. BUT it all worked out as we ended up with Lisa and Corey and they were absolutely fabulous photographers.Fairytale is great with communication and everything was quite flawless throughout the day. Although I did prefer to hire Lisa on her own versus through a company, the one benefit I could see is that if anything happened to her the day of (heaven forbid illness or an accident), Fairytale guaranteed they would send a different photographer to cover the day. Their prices are also quite reasonable and the turnaround was VERY fast! (3 weeks for us with over 3k photos.) We were absolutely thrilled with the outcome! We received all unedited photos plus around 700 edits photos. Their editing work is top-notch.Thank you Lisa, Corey, and Fairytale Productions for capturing our wedding day so beautifully!

I really was happy with our wedding video from fairytale productions! The quality of our video was absolutely amazing! The imagery was very crisp. We shared our video with a ton of people and everyone complimented the quality of the video which was great. I’m so glad we got our video. It may have been cause of the pandemic as well but our video was done right on time. Our wedding was September 8, 2018. There are a lot of good things to say about Fairytale. From the beginning they were very easy to deal with in regards to planning and explaining the products and services they provide. You really get a good bang for your buck when you compare their prices to the industry prices; and also include their photo both services and engagement session. They were very professional and helpful to deal with from the very beginning. The day of the wedding everything went very smoothly with the photo and video workers. On a day like that, having their support and no issues means so much and goes a long way. The pictures came out really well. Their edited video work was also very nicely produced. The downside was very minimal. We asked that they changed the background audio to our edited video. We had a new one very shortly after with no fuss. There’s also an upcharge to purchase photos/raw videos. This may be an industry norm and I understand they’re in the business to be profitable. After my experience with Fairytale from start to finish, I would recommend their services to friends and family without hesitation. Thank you to the crew for capturing all the wonderful memories from our very special day.

Fairytale productions did such an amazing job with our wedding video. Not only did they make an amazing 6 minute preview video for us to share with friends and family but they really captured every important part of the day. My husband and I loved working with our photo and video team at Fairytale Productions. We were planning our wedding from Florida, but the times that we were able to meet with Shon in Michigan, he was very kind, thoughtful and answered my millions of questions patiently. I really loved that they gave us so many options of the photos and I LOVE the photo booth book. That might be one of my favorite items. I feel like you get an amazing selection of finished photo and video content for a fair price. They also sent all of our finished products in a timely manner. I like that they have the photo and video collections available as downloadable files, but that you can also purchase the raw footage on a hard drive. First and foremost, Veronika was our photographer and she was absolutely INCREDIBLE! From the start, it was a little different - all of the vendors we spoke with we were able to meet in person. Fairytale Production’s communication was all via email or phone calls.. while we were nervous about how it would go, we were not disappointed! We were able to pick our photographer from their portfolio and short video and immediately loved Veronika’s style. Her play with light and romantic style of capturing was perfect for our dream photos. While we just got married Saturday and don’t have those pictures back yet, we do have our engagement photos. They were awesome and we used many of them at our reception. I know when the wedding photos come back we will adore those, too!ETA: They do have a location to visit, but it’s about an hour from us so it makes sense as to why it wasn’t suggested to go there. I used FTP for both my DJ & videographer. I absolutely loved both services and they were so professional and worked everything to my needs. The DJ service was fantastic. Jason Braden was awesome - and did not mind my ridiculous requests to play my favorite song 3 different times :) He played everything I had requested and was really able to read the crowd. We had a full dance floor until the final song. It was amazing!As for the video, we were blown away by their work. I tell people all the time now, do NOT skip out on a videographer. I think this was the most well worth expense there was to the wedding. We are able to relieve such an incredible night that was captured so beautifully through FTP. The video captured the greatest moments that we truly would not have with out them. We received countless amounts of compliments of our video and we would highly recommend this service. The planning was simple, they have forms that outline what you would like/dislike. The turn around was quick and appropriate timing. I cant stress enough what a fantastic job they did. One of our best vendors, hands down :)

We ABSOLUTELY loved Fairytale Productions. After seeing what they did for my sister in laws wedding back in May of 2018 we decided to hire for both are DJ and Videographer. We received the final product back 2 month after our wedding and I am telling you it was worth the wait. I was crying when I saw our wedding video. IT WAS WORTH IT!!! 5 stars all the way!!!

Fairytale productions not only met but exceeded my expectations! They for sure picked the right name for the company! The photographers and videographers did an amazing job capturing the most important moments of my daughters big day. The skills and professionalism of the crew are out of this world. They just know where to be and when to shoot the pic. I would recommend anybody that wants the best of the best to go with these guys, especially if you want to live again and again the memories of one of the most important days of anybody’s life. They are in high demand, so we had to book them way in advance. They did everything, from engagement pictures, to video, to photos to DJ to Photo Booth that included a creative album that was ready to be taken home by the time the party finished. And they customize your package listening to all your requests! A nice surprise was a 5-minute video of the highlights of the day. A treasure that it’s a great way to share with family and friends in a quick and fun way. What a production!

We had an amazing experience working with Fairytale Productions for photography, videography, DJ and photo booth! Their bundle packaging was excellent and everyone we worked with was quick to respond to our needs. Our photographer Robert also did our engagement photo shoot which we loved! Our Videographer was excellent and we hardly noticed him there but he captured our day so well! Our photo booth was a hit at the wedding with all of the props and photos for guests along with our own copies and book full of pictures from the photo booth. Our DJ worked with us to coordinate our day perfectly and the event coordinator also helped us to organize our day which went smoothly with all of the tools Fairytale provides such as the event planning forms. Our Final Video and highlight video was beautiful and we will cherish memories of our special day for years to come! We HIGHLY recommend Fairytale Productions!

Fairytale was prompt and professional from the start. I enjoyed booking both photo and video with them and am awestruck by the finished video production. I had Lance as a videographer and Rob and Serj as my photographers. They captured our special and intimate moments throughout our biggest day of our lives while us not ever noticing they were actually there! We would highly recommend Fairytale to anyone. My turn around time was two weeks for the video production (which is impressive) and I am still awaiting photos. The turn around time is worth it for the end products. Something I think this company would benefit from would be to implement a sneak peak with a couple photos and to release the teaser prior to receiving the whole video package at once. I think the customers would be very pleased with that change implemented!

I was very hesitant to hire a videographer for our wedding (due to budget) and my husband talked me into it. It was the ONE thing he really wanted, so we agreed it would be our wedding gift to each other. I am SO HAPPY he talked me into it because we are able to relive our entire wedding day. We got our video two nights ago and I’ve watched it at least 50 times. They captured every single moment of our day and I get emotional EVERY TIME I watch it. We really enjoyed working with Fairytale Productions. Our videographers name was Joe (we called him Video Joe) and he did a great job getting to know the family and bridal party. He captured shots without overstepping the photographer or the flow of the wedding. The video had a slight glitch but Fairytale was prompt on fixing the issue. Drone shot was AMAZING. You wedding day is one of the most important days and Im so thankful we got it captured through FairyTale Productions.Our Photo Booth also went well. There was about an hour of the Photo Booth time where the computer stopped working and our attendant was unable to print pictures for the guests. Although that was discouraging our Photo Booth attendant offered to stay an extra hour to make up for the inconvenience. We were able to access the photos through a link emailed to me by Fairytale Productions and then send that link to some of our guests who didnt get their physical copy. Mistakes are going to happen but Im still very satisfied with this company.

We used Fairytale for our photography, videography, DJ, and photobooth and it was so convenient only having to work with one vendor for all of those. Our photographers John and Corey were a pleasure to work with and the end results were amazing. Alex the videographer did a great job and the final video is something we will cherish forever. Dom was our DJ and he kept our guests dancing all night long. All in all, no regrets going with Fairtytale and I highly recommend them!

Fairytale Productions was a dream to work with, I almost wish we had gone with more of their services. We chose their video package and the entire process was smooth and easy. At the time they were running a deal where you could get an additional perk for free and we chose to receive our RAWs. Everyone we spoke to was lovely. Prior to the wedding they sent us sample videos, then a questionnaire to go over what we would want. At anytime I could easily call for assistance, which was great as we live 5 hours from where we were getting married. There was a set up interview on the phone prior to make sure we were all on the same page. The videographer was very polite and friendly, really professional and easy to work with. There was an email after to tell us the expected wait time and the video arrived in a little over three months. Everything was beautiful and more than I expected. As someone with social anxiety who was overwhelmed planning my wedding, I could not be more grateful and pleased with our experience.

Fairytale Productions really went above and beyond for us and our wedding. They called me quickly after requesting more information and answered all my questions. We felt like we were getting a great deal. For everything included, the other photo booth services we looked at didnt even come close. We were able to complete forms online, which made life simple since we live in California and were planning a wedding to happen in Toledo, OH. On wedding day, they were already set up and ready for our guests at cocktail hour and throughout the evening. There was a large selection of props and the booth was a huge hit with our guests. We loved the memory book made for us with a print from every picture taken that night. We would definitely use Fairytale Productions again and look into the other services they offer as well.

Videography provided by Fairytale Productions was better than we could have imagined. We provided details online and then confirmed everything over the phone a couple weeks before the big day. On our wedding day, our videographer was timely and very professional. He captured so many moments that we didn’t realize until we saw the final videos. He was thorough and incredibly respectful towards our guests and other vendors. We got our final videos exactly two months after the wedding day, and we were so impressed. We would highly recommend Fairytale Productions for any videography services.

Using Fairytale productions in my wedding is one of my only regrets on our wedding day. I was excited after reading all of the great reviews about them, but our final product was the opposite of what I was expecting. Our coordinator refused to not film a grand entrance portion of the wedding(which we didn’t want) which made us have to reorganize our entire day of schedule. My husband wasn’t meant to see me until I walked down the aisle, but apparently this wasn’t possible for them. The on site videographer was very nice, however the edit for our final product did not match up to their price. Despite advertising affordable videography, this was our most expensive line item for the wedding, so I truly was expecting excellence. We could’ve gone with less expensive videographers, but wanted a great wedding video. Our requests were not listened to, and even in our re edit hardly anything was changed. I’m not used to complaining about services, especially online, but the result of choosing fairytale productions is really frustrating to me. Their edits were uncreative, there was hardly any originality, and working with their planners was extremely difficult. I’m glad this is not the typical reaction to their services, but I would never recommend them to anyone.

Fairytale made it so easy for us to book our photographer, videographer, and photo booth! If you want a place that creates a video to make you cry and gives you photos to represent your wedding day exactly, Fairytale is who you should book!

I hired Fairytale Productions Event Services in 2016 for the basic package they offered, the most affordable still at roughly $2,500 for filming. This would use one videographer and two cameras with footage of the ceremony and reception. I was very impressed by their videos online and felt connected to their work, which was beautiful. I, however, was very disappointed in the quality of the product and the process. I had requested ongoing footage of the reception band to capture the video and sound of the band we had. Instead, I ended up with splices of footage with camera movement as he got multiple angles with continuous recordings, which made me feel sick watching it. He must have thought we would splice and edit to make our own movie, which was never what we communicated was the purpose, therefore, lack of communication between staff. This footage was ruined and they tried blaming me for their error.For the ceremony, the tops of our groomsmens heads were cut off and slightly blurry for some of the footage. The sound cut out in spots. The list goes on and on. They edited and re-edited by another person and tried to make it right with what they had. We ended up with a nice video after countless hours of work on my part to try to find all the mistakes and fix it, especially since they only work over the phone or by email, still not up to par with what I was expecting. **I do not recommend working with someone you cannot meet in person!** I was told in an email that they used this videographer at our wedding as a guinea pig to see how hed do! After our wedding and one other wedding complaint, the videographer was let go. Its my understanding that they outsource some of their videographers. I thought I was getting one of their actual videographers! Fairytale Productions likely only gives you their best effort if you pay several thousands of dollars. Fixing their mistakes became my part-time job, and I was too trusting up front. *My advice: Find a company through someone you know who can attest to their work, meet them in person, and have physical record of all agreements.*

We booked both photography + videography through FTP! And we could not be more pleased! They were reasonably priced, accommodating, and professional! Serj and Alan were a joy to work with the day of--- we even received our pictures within a month when the contract says to expect it within 1-3 months and received the videos in 2 months when the contact stipulates 3-6 months. Their services included the use of a drone- make sure to specify if you want one, weather permitting! It monsooned on our wedding day, but FTP was game! They watched the weather and helped our bridal party get some shots in before and after, working with the venue accommodations as well! Serj was quick and to the point with photographs, which helped family photos go quickly after the ceremony so that we could spend some time at our own cocktail hour! The quality and content of the highlight video brought tears to our eyes, and the whole video is such great memorabilia! We are SO glad we booked both services through FTP and are looking forward to the photo album included in our package!

We used Fairytale to photograph our wedding in Southfield in September 2014.The photographer was great and got some pretty awesome shots of the day and evening.Dealing with the post wedding stuff has been a nightmare!The support staff is unresponsive and is still refusing to even deliver on the products that we contracted for. At first they told us that our album proofs were sent to us, we never received them. Asked them to resend, 2 weeks later, still no answer. Sending emails just seems to go into a void.Bottom line, you get what you pay for.
