Dollar Tree is a pleasant place to visit. One can always find something to buy there.I just wish the items sold there now were of a better quality, like they used to be. You really get what you pay for. I like their hair products, their plastic goods, the cleaning products, most kitchen utensils, the glass or ceramic dishes, and some of the food items. I used to buy their paperback story books and game books. But I stopped buying them because I now mostly read online books, and they no longer have the game books I like, fill-ins. I have bought Childens Bibles also. But they dont carry that kind any more either.Now, the Dollar Store we go to here in Monroe, LA has two sides, the dollar side and the +dollar side. I bought some really nice clothes baskets for $3.00 each.What can I say, I have loved the Dollar Tree Stores since the very first one I visited.Just Me, De5-13-21

This is one of the larger locations of this franchise located in an area that you need to be careful of when you exit your car. Just be aware of your surroundings. They have a large selection of goods and it is well lit.

The bathroom situation for customers is horrendous and unsanitary. The bathroom hasn’t been cleaned or trash emptied in awhile and no proper place for toilet paper (it’s on the floor) and no paper towels. No other word but disgusting!!! Very disappointing

The floors were really filthy, employees were nice, but with Covid still in our Midst being attentive to Housekeeping is a PRIORITY 😉

It was really a blessing in disguise.I gave minimal assistance to a gentleman,and he was wonderful helping to smile by kindly paying for my purchase .May the Lord bless him.

I just love this Dollar Tree. When you shop here you have more variety of options to choose from. The employees are nice and friendly and will gladly assist you when you need help.

Store was very clean and organized, just not sure what they are changing their name to now since they now have $5, $3, and of course their original price theme of everything is $1. With the %5 and $3 their motto can not be welcome to Dollar Tree where everything is $1.

My recent visit here left me disgusted! I would really appreciate if there could be a worker designated as a bathroom attendant. It made it hard to be a patron here.

This location was very busy and I needed help. I ask an employee were an item was and he said he thinks its was on isle one up against the wall, I went and it wasnt there. It took me several minutes to find the item. But it was fully stocked.

Decent amount of inventory, store is not too messy compared to other Dollar Trees. Employees were not wearing masks, however.

Always enjoy a trip to the Dollar tree just wish they would have had some silverware

This place is junky and they didnt have the chips I was hoping to find. My Dollar Tree at home is always out of the chips 🙁.The staff is kind and that most important 👍

I love this place, reading glasses, gadgets, cleaning supplies,ect... I always make Dollar Tree my first stop when I go do my shopping.

Good store having almost all daily needs for a home.But not high branded ones. Anyhow you can leave the store with good purchase comfortable parking. But billing you have to wait. Nice store of its reputation.

Went in for several items parking lot was packed got a parking spot pretty easily they were doing a lot of stock in the shelves of the store was in a disarray. Didnt stop me from getting what I needed to get in a quick manner. It is what it is its Dollar Tree good deals on things some things not so good. Overall decent experience.

The cashier Brandy doesn’t even greet you or thank you for shopping. She just start ringing up your merchandise. I dislike poor customer service & unfriendly staff, so I won’t be returning to this store ever again

Shop at Dollar Tree weekly. They have what I need and if not, they are quick to get it. The male manager with the glasses is always friendly and helpful.

THE BATH ROOMS WERE BEYOND UNSANITARY!!A FOUL ODOR IN THE AIR I COULD NOT WITHSTAND!Four empty bottles of soap. Dish soap for hand soap in a public restroom? No paper towels nor toilet paper.There were no shopping carts in the shopping cart area however they were scattered throughout the store and the ones that were available were damaged beyond use.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOLLAR TREE NOR WILL I BE SUPPORTING THIS ONE! It will be worth the drive for me to carry my business elsewhere.Hope this had helped someone.

Lot of issues with Customer service, but great location.

I stop by here weekly to see if there’s anything new in the garden section. It’s my go to spot for small packs of garden soil and cheap pots. Also for party supplies. I noticed the school supplies were out as well.

Went to dollar tree to day only two lanes open myself and about four other people put back what WE WERE GOING TO Buy. and left the store.s o I call to ask why just two lanes open.i was told by a female nothing she could do.10 to 15 people per line.i stood there for about 10 minutes.HIRE MORE H E L P..

This is the biggest store in Monroe, LA and very busy. They all ways just only have one cashier which causes a (10 minute) wait time always. Uuuuuugh

The store located on Louisville in Monroe la does not close at 10pm they have a been closing at 8or sometime 8:30 the doors have been locked or we have walked in and been turned around twice because they yelling we close if u dont have workers the are willing to stay to 10om than u guys need to start hiring real talk
