Worst experience ever today I asked why did I need 2nd form of ID to withdraw money the teller had much attitude for no reason over a simple question. Responding yea like Im her cohort its yes maam to a customer . They should roll back the camera and fire her from the commercial lane. Doesnt matter if I was in the wrong lane be professional and polite regardless. Im considering closing the account because I dont need my money somewhere that behave that way
I been depositing money in my dad’s account at the other locations. When I went to this location, they needed my license and Social Security Card to make a DEPOSIT! Now this is the only Capital One bank in Monroe. I made about 6 more deposits here and had to give them that information. Now the teller said I don’t have to give it because I’m in their system. Never heard of making a deposit and have to give up my SS#
Thieves. Bank elsewhere if you dont want your money stolen and information sold.
Always great customer service - had an issue with a cash w/d on my card and the mgr took time out of her busy schedule to assist me in getting it resolved. She must be gone to new location. Been a cap one card user since 1993 location on north 18th has gotten horrible

Charges $7.00 to cash a check if you dont have an account!!The elderly lady I worked for dont like to keep cash laying around so she wrote me a check, so they would be cashing it for her, not me!!!Why are they too stupid to see that?If someone charged me for using a gift card it would be the same bad business!!!YOUR PROFESSIONAL HANDYMAN
