The technician was professional & courteous and had my dryer back in working order within the hour of his arrival. Should I need another appliance repaired, I will definitely be giving them a call.As for the negative review regarding the request for a credit card: there is a $60 charge to hold your appointment + diagnose the issue. That fee is then credited back to your final repair bill, so I had no problem with it. They are a business looking to make a profit, after all. Not everyone is out to get you.

My call was quickly responded. Tech was here 3 hours later and checked my fryer. He was out in 15 minutes. My fryer is wworking again like new. Good pricing too.

I am too happy with the service. They were here on schedule for my dishwasher a Bosch. They fixed the drainage on it, and ever since they did it works fine! I am happy with the rate as well. I will recommend!

Called this company they asked for credit card before service call was scheduled, sounded like bus terminal in background, would not give there location, something very fishy, going to check them out with BBB.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Been without a washer for a couple of weeks. Tech came Friday and need to order part. Eventually came back Wednesday with the WRONG PART! States he will overnight new part. Called today and said 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS to get new part. Basically another week. We have no clean clothes! I cannot physically handle lugging everything to the laundromat much less having to wash my clothes with who knows what germs from everyone else!! Told them I want a full refund and will call someone else. Was told I can’t get a refund because the part was ordered!! Never again!! Very upset!!
