Worked with the company for several years. Use to drive an hour to work. Glad to see them in Monroe. The owner gave me an opportunity when I first moved to NC. I worked there until I started my own business here in Monroe. Great place to work.
Hello. My name is Satsuta Andrey. I tried to contact you on March 17 and 18 regarding the return of your goods. I have not responded to anyone. I came to the address specified in the documents to return the goods to this address your company did not find. Only on March 21, they told me that tomorrow morning they will inform me when I have a pre-order to sort out the goods. In the morning, no one called me and did not come, and when I phoned to me they skipped that I could not return the goods. Your seller for unknown reason took away the packaging from the goods and also our old vacuum cleaner without asking. Your company initially seems to put people in such a position that they could not return the goods you purchased, in a word you are simply deceiving people. I want you to take your goods, we do not need it.
DO NOT use these people or allow them in your home! They market and distribute Kirby vacuum cleaners.Against my better judgement I allowed one of their representatives and supervisors (Marco) in to do their demonstration. This was on December 4th. The representative dropped the vacuum on my stairs (3 hours after I let him in to do the demonstration) and broke a wooden stair. Marco suggested I simply glue the piece back. I told them glueing was not an acceptable option and I would have my contractor come out and asked for a business card so I could send them the bill for the repair. This was all agreed upon on that day.I had our contractor come out and fix the stair and contacted Marco regarding the reimbursement I was promised. His exact words were, Thats a lot of money. You realize it was an accident right? Marco then proceeded this line of guilt and I demanded to speak to his manager - Edwin Pineda.Fast forward to today and after several emails and calls from me and my husband, Marco has contacted my contractor claiming that I never gave them opportunity to fix the stair. Another clear lie and in fact a direct contradiction to being told that I would have to work with Marco to get reimbursement from him directly for the stair. But this is not surprising as Marco lied to me repeatedly in the span of a previous 2 minute and 44 second phone conversation regarding reimbursement. It seems that Edwin carries no insurance for allowing his employees/representatives into your home. So if they should damage anything, youre stuck with having to chase them down and be lied to and avoided repeatedly.AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
