I wanted a quick tan for some of my senior events and I got the Medium Spray Tan and it worked super well for me! I also went back and bought a package for a year of tanning, and so far so good! Great customer service, great hours, and great experience overall! Doesn’t disappoint! :)

This review is for the Hydra facial I got. I have to say I was disappointed. The Hydra facial suppose to help with wrinkles & acne. I checked my face when I got home & I could still see blackheads on my nose.. the next day I noticed I had peeling skin on my chin. Glad I have to wear a mask at work so no one could see my chin. When I got home I did a light scrub to remove the peeling skin. I dont recommend this facial at all.On the positive side the staff was friendly & the place was very clean. As soon as someone came out of the tanning rooms they were in there cleaning them.

Im very picky when it comes to tanning salons of course I want great and clean beds! Electric Image had both but of course Im not the only one that loves this place they are always super busy.. They have lots of other things besides just tanning also.

LOVE THIS PLACE. EVERYONE THETE IS GREAT! WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE OVER ANY OTHER TANNING SALONS.

Came in at 9:45 not knowing it was soon to close I heard about this deal for 55 dollar tanning. The lady with blonde hair who closed the story on October 21st was very rude she don’t explain anything about my package to me so I ended up being upset that I was going to be charged every month when I was under the impression that I was only getting 1 month. Then when I said I wanted to cancel it she told me I couldn’t and kept saying I already paid! Then told me I can’t even go tanning even tho at this time it was still 10 minutes till close. She told me there is too much to do to let me go tanning. Maybe you should change the store hours to 7:50 sense they refuse business anytime after. (Also she didn’t say anything to me about not being able to tan when I first walked in) just very rude and lazy! Will probably never go to this location again

I decided to try Laser Lipo, after buying a tanning package and asking the staff about it. I had a baby 5 months ago and I was looking to lose those last few inches. I LOVE IT! After just 5 sessions i can already tell a HUGE difference. I’m continuously having to pull my pants up through the day because they’ve become so loose. THANK YOU! For offering this service! Electrik image is wonderful for a lot more than just tanning! They offer tons of services! Also the staff is extremely friendly and never make me feel uncomfortable. A++++ Business!

If you are looking for a clean and friendly place, look no further! So many great services offered, my favorite being the spray tan. I never look orange, and never have streaks. Tanning beds are also ready with fresh bulbs and will get you glowing in no time!!

This is the cleanest tanning salon I have EVER seen. The workers are amazing and the guy who owns the place- Dennis Asmar is one of a kind. What an awesome guy. They also have amazing deals. A+++++

I’ve used Electrik Imagage Spa for 15 years and have zero complaints! They have very friendly, knowledgeable staff and the cleanliness is on point! I’ll never go anywhere else.

The girls who work in the spa are very friendly and up until my actual visit I had high hopes. The staff did not know where the intake paperwork was, how to run care credit purchases, or have internet service to send my information to the person who runs the payment electronically. I had to send the information myself which was fine but I was given the wrong email address the first time so my credit card and ID was sent to some random email but it gets worst. Unfortunately, I was quoted the wrong price and management is unwilling to work with me regarding it. The manager who called me (I think her name was Jan) was very argumentative and did not listen to any of my concerns. Chelsea assured me that management would work with me regarding my issues. It would have been nice to at least get a credit for future services if not a refund for the additional price I was served but since they do not value customers and their first time experiences this wont be the case. I hope that this is a warning for future people who come here. Get your price quote from your consultation IN WRITING including everything that the price includes. I had the SureSculpting procedure and I have blisters which as far as I can tell isnt something other people have experienced. I was only told that maybe its because it was done over a stretch mark which I wasnt forewarned about. I was the first of a group of 5 people who wanted to do this so at least they wont come here but I want to warn all other future customers as well. I am extremely unsatisfied with the customer service I have received.
