Key works great. did not like having to use credit card though. However keyme locksmiths was in a convenient place and easy to use.

I needed an extra key for my husbands truck. This was not a complicated key, but a simple key with no chip or buttons. I thought I would save a couple bucks using the keyme kiosk; huge mistake!!! The kiosk itself was easy to use. At the end I was told I would receive my key in 3-5 business days. Okay, even though it said simple keys were on the spot, I can wait a few days. One week went by and I got an email saying they were delayed. A few days later I got a shipment email. After another week tracking showed the post office still had not received my key, so I emailed. Kayla responds and says shes sorry, maybe the key was lost, and they will issue a refund; still no refund. Another week goes by and now my key is showing shipped and is to be delivered, only guess what? Yep, the key gets delayed in transit, so now after over three weeks I am still waiting on a key I could have had made a the dealership for a few more bucks and had the same day.

These people are slow. Do not answer.
