Im happy to say that Acme Glass and Mirror of Monroe has customer service down to a fine art. I had an insurance windshield replacement claim and they came and picked up my car where I work, did the work, and returned my car in plenty of time for me to go to lunch. Coming home from Shreveport I had a rock hit my windshield. Called Acme the next morning and they said bring it in. When I arrived the young lady said my insurance company was sometimes hard to deal with but to her surprise it did not take long for appoval. Did not have to wait very long for the repair.But when I got in my truck to leave I could still see a star in my windshield. Walked back in and they said if it runs within a year they would put the cost of todays repair towards a new windshield. Its nice dealing with home town folks.

Dropped vehicle off. Picked it back up same day. They got rid of all the glass inside.

Their staff goes above the expectations. Receptionist told me it would be a few hours wait. Upon learning I had an appointment she offered they could take me and pick me back up, but car was taking into bay in less than a hour. I was out of there under 2 hours. Their windshield replace rate was the cheapest in town as well.

Acme glass has replaced and repaired a windshield for me over my span of time in Monroe. The staff is always polite and courteous. I never seem to wait an excessive amount of time. I cant comment on how their prices compare to other operations, but I have never been disappointed with their work.

Great service did not take long to get my inspection sticker

While visiting West Monroe our rear window on our lift gate was broken we faced having to drive 1700 miles with plastic over it. A friend called the night it was broken to Kevin at ACME and they were able to get us in then next morning and quickly replaced our window so we had an uneventful trip home. So thankful!

The experience there was NOT pleasant. The two ladies I encounter didnt know the guidelines regarding vehicle stickers and had NO problem letting me know they were NOT regular workers THERE and did things DIFFERENT at their locations.It was my FIRST visit. While contacting Nissan to clear up the purpose of me being there, I feel in love with several mirrors, candles and more several items I WOULD HAVE purchased but with that experience...I declined the idea to purchase.I 💯% appreciate Mr. Michael for explaining what the ladies SHOULD HAVE been able to explain to me....because it was a store policy. 😁

So my son plays with his BB gun last night and shoots my back door window. Great Scott! I went online at 9pm and requested a quote. TodayI get a call from Acme Glass at exactly 8:06am with a quote right over the phone. YES! the price cant be beat. Shawn called me when he was on his way and arrived shortly after and 1,2,3 replaced the window. Like WOW! It was that fast and simple. Shawn was very professional, neat and very polite. I highly reccommend Acme Glass & Mirror.

The same day someone broke my passenger back window is the same day Acme installed my new one. They had what I needed in stock and it was surprisingly cheaper than what I had expected. The officer who came to do a report on the incident recommended me to them. I am happy that within an hour I had my car back.

Wonderful folks and great service. We were passing through on I-20 and something from the highway broke our sunroof and it was raining to boot. They were able to get the replacement glass overnighted and we were back on the road before 11 the next morning.

The WM office worked with my warranty company for payment. Then came picked up my Jeep and changed out my front window. All in the same day. Wonderful service and such a nice team.

If youre looking for OEM glass windshield replacement, save yourself some time and look somewhere else. They refused to use OEM glass for my windshield repair even if I would pay for it fully in cash, bypassing insurance completely. At the end of our phone conversation, they said ...we need to turn this down because OEM is too much trouble.

Had a new windshield installed in my 2016 f150 and this was the damage found after i was called and told truck was ready. Then after taking truck back to them was pulled into shop 3 times to install wipers correctly and wiper cowling that wasnt installed correctly and touch up paint put on it again. was told damage was pre existing after they covered it up truck is only 8 months old and now roof will have to be completely painted to be repaired properly.

I went Friday to get a windshield for my sons car. After recieving the quote of $884 I was leaving because I could not and would not pay that, the owner came down to $495 so I bit the bullet and paid to have it replaced and inspected. Kind of wondered why they could take $400 off that easy. Yesterday, Monday, my son was coming to work and a rock hit the windshield and cracked it again. So i called to speak to someone to see if there was some sort of warrenty or defect, since the check I wrote hadnt even cleared yet, and the lady was extremely rude about it and told me if they warrenty their work or windshields that they would go out of business! Well as far as I am concerned they can go out of business because she was so rude that I will never go back, not even to get an inspection sticker. No apology for my mishap or wish there was something they could do, just well we would go out of business maam. I understand that no one can control rocks or weather or whatever but after knowing my customer spent $549.40 I would offer some sort of concern for their misfortune. Not even a I am sorry that happened!! I will tell eveyone I know about how rude this lady was! Customer service is a MUST wether you think it is or not.
