Cascade Counseling has independent mental health professionals sharing a suite, each having their own businesses, own licenses and then sharing a waiting area. So unfortunately, when we rate Cascade Counseling, this can affect each of these professionals positively or negatively. The good news is, I have a very positive review to give the lot of them. As a colleague who used to work alongside most of these folks, and as a colleague who refers clients carefully to each of them, I can say that decision is not made lightly. I refer only to other providers that I trust, and this lot I do trust. The providers at Cascade Counseling have proven themselves to be capable, kind-spirited, most helpful and yet, quite human. They are adept at seeing the human in others, while striving to do their best as community members. I get wonderful reviews from my own clients about Cascade Counseling in general and am glad we have these providers in an area that is rapidly growing in need for such professionals.

Kathie Reynolds is a wise counselor and tremendously sympathetic and caring. If you want a compassionate ear to listen, good feedback and advice, I highly recommend her!

I work in the same building as this counseling service. Amazing that a counselor at Cascade, Kathie Reynolds, stated that she doesnt believe in wearing masks to help prevent covid. She was belligerent as she left the very confined restroom. Shocking to see such ignorance from a medical provider. This person obviously has very poor judgement - not good for a person counseling clients.
