Horrible customer service. Avoid this place if you can. Have been trying to get answers from someone for over a week.

Fee hounds. First, they sent all of our bills to the wrong email address for five months before noticing. By the time that was figured out, all the bills had racked up $35 dollar late fees each plus some ridiculous interest rate charged. When I asked them to remove them because it was their mistake, they replied- I kid you not- that they process thousands of bills, so things may fall through the cracks and it’s the customer’s responsibility to notice. They also charge a $10 check fee for each payment made. WHAT?! They seriously charge their customers for paying them? Terrible company.
