Took my Kobelco 260 excavator to be fixed by them at a location in Mississippi. Not equipped to do so, service manager in Monroe saidbring it there and he would guaranty it would be fixed.Paid them a 10000 thousand dollar deposit and they said it was fixed. Picked it up, paid an extra 5 grand got it back and its still broke. This is the worst dealership on earth. Never do business here!!!

I’m at a loss for words. This was a simple fix. I’ve had to find my own truck parts, been lied to about the delivery of those parts, even the owner Jeff Adams did Not call me back with as he stated he would. ( when. Called back, I was told he left for the day already,this was Friday at 4:00) Just at a loss for words.
