Very friendly and professional staff. The previous owners of our new house owned large dogs, and there was a very strong odor in the carpet. The first treatment almost completely took away the smell, but Daves came back and cleaned it a second time for us to assure that the smell was completely eliminated. Scott and Michelle were both very friendly. We will definitely be returning if carpet cleaning is needed in the future and highly recommend them to others as well!
