Excellant customer service by Daniel, on my trip to car wash. Knew all levels and prices. A true asset to company. Sounds like a keeper!!! Will go back. Great cleaning, and drying of my vehicle.

This review is of course for this location only. I give a 4 star because the staff are always friendly and helpful. Its not a 5 because I feel like other locations clean my car more effectively for some reason.

Update: Management reached out and made amends.My husband asked for the monthly wash package for $19.99 per month. However, the attendant gave him the $20 wash which we never purchase. It feels like we were ripped off by the attendant. Customers should be able to choose their own options and not have the attendant chose for them. Would not recommend this place.

Have always loved this car wash. Ive taken multiple vehicles through it a bazillion times.Just one time, a part to my car broke off in their car wash.They were on it IMMEDIATELY. With regular updates because my part wouldnt be there for 2 months(got it much earlier)!Just more and more good things to say about this car wash.I recommend.

Unfortunately this Mister car wash has gone down hill. Not a great job washing my car, they no longer accept cash, no towels or amenities any more. I had forgotten why I stopped using this place now I remember.

They are a great car wash always have a nice clean car when I get to the end thanks for being an amazing car wash !!!

My experiences here are mostly good. I do have a few favorite spots i like to park. When i can get in either of those spots its usually a good day for me. Cant wait to renew my membership.

Membership tags do not always function correctly, thats frustrating.Some sort of family vehicle plan would be appreciated.I would really like to see a station for cleaning rubber floor mats. I used to belong to a wash that had free rags that you borrowed and threw in a dirty bin when you were done. These changes would make this place perfect.

Paid 20 dollars for wash had to go thru twice and still didn’t come clean. Maybe if they’d stop talking and actually spray cars down before cars entered washers they would actually come clean!Make sure you tell them to use brush and sprayer if you use them..My lessons been learned!

I have the “premium wash” account,I would love to have the ability to downgrade some visits to “only wash” so I don’t get so much wax buildup on my windshield and headlight lenses. That option would have earned you a “10”

Still THE Best Car Wash!After going to a lot of car washes here in Athens and Atlanta, this one simply is the best one out here! Service is excellent, and best of all, my car is clean! Also (and very importantly), the vacuum system is superb, with GREAT suction available, ensuring that my car’s interior is clean.HIGHLY recommended!

Quick, easy, done! Doesnt scratch you truck all up like other drive through car washes. They have a strict policy about nothing in the truck bed too. The super helpful young man with a man bun and skinny jeans was so kind to remove my 80 pound cooler out of the bed so it didnt blow out during the dry cycle😆😆😆😆😆😆😆

Love this place. Kind staff. I go often. Great deals when you sign up for the monthly package. Only issue Ive had is that sometimes it doesnt clean the hood of my car and the side completely and I have paid for tire shine and only one side of my car was done ( Im assuming the other side ran out of fluids and they didnt refill it?) But that part only happened once.

I told the darker male with a mustache and glasses,no brush pls, bc they are always rough with it on the back of my car . No earphones in or music nothing to interfere with that, he went and was careless and scratched the paint on my new car with the sides of the brush..whos going to pay for it? Edit* right after the wash I checked and tried wiping it off with a cloth, its paint damage not smudges.

Do not get the unlimited car wash it’s a set up. I was told in order to cancel I would need to do so 7 days before my next billing cycle. I did it 15 days before. I tried calling customer service to cancel but no one ever answers so I was stuck sending a email. Well no one ever responded to my email until the day I was billed 30$ bucks again how clever. Will not be using these crooks.

My wife and I have been customers for 2 years. Monthly members. Since it was purchased from Four Seasons the customer experience has suffered drastically. Employees show little enthusiasm when you pull up, NEVER use the brush on windshield and when they do it NEVER covers the entire windshield. The large roller cloth at the ends never comes down to the vehicle surface and only puts water droplets on what was a clean surface and now it is spotted. Monroe and Watkinsville facilities are lacking big time in customer experience. Vacuums work very good and facility is clean but we will both not be renewing our memberships in November. Have your employees smile once in a while and at least act like they enjoy their job. Great potential but really an epic fail. Sorry but just my view. Hope it gets better.

The kids running the place obviously don’t want to be there. They didn’t brush down my truck like the place in Loganville I usually use does.

Usually you guys are on point, but today the wash smelled like dirty mop water.Gotta step it up.

The car wash is fine I have however had one of your representatives ask me why I washed more than once a day sometime which in my opinion its none of his business thats what I pay for also you advertise 2999 a month but you take it out of my account one day earlier every month that I do not like and May cancel because I do not like not knowing what day it will come out of my account

I had an issue this morning with Mister Car Wash in Monroe. I left home with my license and a $20 dollar bill. When I pulled in the guy was standing at the gate where you mortally put your money in to pay. The guy asked if it was credit or debit. When I told him it was cash he replied that they were not accepting cash, didnt I have a card. When I told him no he pointed me to the exit. At that point I asked for the manager. He said he was the general manager but that it was a corporation rule. We exchanged several other comments, no cursing or personal insults but not because I didnt think of any. I did point out that on the bill it states that this is legal tender for all debts. He said he didnt care, he wasnt loosing his job and that i would need to leave. To be fair with him he did offer me a free $7 wash but I declined as I had driven there for the $20 deluxe wash.MY QUESTION : IS THIS LEGAL? Can a US business refuse to accept US currency? Dropping this is not an option so what agency can put a stop to this behavior?I have been to businesses where a sigh is displayed stating we do take cash but had rather you use a card. This is the only one that has refused cash.

I love the cleaning the the car wash does. My only complaint would be the spots that are left behind. After paying for the top notch clean, I still have to wipe the truck down to keep the spots from appearing which is time consuming and it is not always an option for me as far as time is concerned.

I have the unlimited washes. The attendants are always friendly and professional. They keep the place clean and well maintained. The vacuums work great.

There are places on my vehicle that still need to be washed by hand. The large surfaces were cleaned but the areas near the window trim, the tailgate, the cab will all need to be detailed. I chose the next to lowest price option and that may be why only the large flat areas came cleanThe tires look good !

Two complaints 1, doesnt rinse soap off 2. Mat machine down to often.

I went to this location at 4:05 and this is the 2nd time that my vehicle wasnt clean. The attendant didnt wash the front of my vehicle or the windows with a brush. There was a 1 foot area behind the cab of my truck that wasnt touched including the rear window. There are to many good car wash locations in Monroe to waste $16 on this place. I dont see how they stay in business.

Great place to get a quick car wash. Full service, with a number of options. U will have to vacuum yourself. My only problem is they never seem to get all the brake pad dust off my steel wheels.

STAY AWAY!Not worth it got the top wash. Car wasnt clean nor was there any tire shine . Should have went somewhere else.

I like the carwash. Its close by and good service, but I wish the buffer at the end worked. I also wish that the air hose would blow air and not water.

We just took my husbands truck through this car wash. It’s lifted, so we weren’t sure it would fit. The manager came out, paid for the car wash, walked it through the entire process just to make sure nothing went wrong, then came and gave towels for us to dry while he scrubbed the tires. AMAZING customer service. Highly recommend this place!

My wife and I drove from Atlanta just to go to this car wash.

I think she was the manager, but I’m not sure. She was super helpful, friendly, and professional. She noticed a few bugs still on my front end and gave me the option to go back through because she didn’t like the wash. Nice to see someone hold to higher standard. I do wish they had some micro fiber tools to use though, but I liked it nonetheless.

Just awful. STAY AWAY. Hardly any water to wash the soap off my windshield. Front and back windows not cleaned. You could still see where my wipers had been. the gentleman who waved me through did not take the mop and clean my windshields just awful. They raise the price and the service got horrible. Ill just wash it at home from now on or go to Loganville.

If you drive a truck don’t come here. Also they use to spray and wipe of the vehicle before entering the car wash but since mister purchased the place they stopped.

Almost Every time I go the gate does not automatically open. Someone has to manually open it. Very inconvenient.

Has done nothing but deteriate since it has opened. Quality of the wash continues to decline because equipment. Pipe was broke and was was down a few weeks ago. Now no air to dry your car. Sad

The washes are ok! My car still seems some what dirty after the wash. The car wash that was there previously was better.

This was once a good car wash. It is not a good car wash anymore.Last visit: The trolley system malfunctioned and the truck behind bumped me three times.This visit: Something different went wrong and I had soap on my windshield after I exited the car wash.On both of these visits there was only one prep guy so no one pretreated my vehicle. All I got was soapy brush on the front and back windshield and off to a crummy car wash I went.I recommend you wash your vehicle somewhere else. I won’t be back to this car wash.

Very busy today car was clean but the dryer wasnt working right as car was very wet coming out. This is one of the better car washes around. Will keep coming back.

I was skeptical about visiting this car wash since I have had several bad experiences with the Mister in Covington. But This has by far been THE BEST experience I have ever had at a Mister Car wash. They actually took the time to Pre-Clean/Rinse my car before it entered the wash, (which I have never done at ANY automatic car wash). The General Manager Quin went above and beyond when it came to customer service! THANK YOU MISTER CAR WASH IN MONROE, KEEP UP THE GREAT SERVICE!

After my experience at the Athens car wash I didnt think I would be paying for their monthly service but after 2 great experiences here at the Monroe, GA location I will be getting back on their monthly plan

Mister Car Wash is fantastic! Do it yourself vacuums and pressure hoses make it easy for inside clean up.

They could probably use another rinse station before the dryer. I notice a lot of foam on my vehicles that didnt happen before the name change. I use the hand held air gun at vacuums to blow it off and wipe it down with a towel or the windows really spot.

The the last spinner on the left side inside the car wash is broker and has been all summerlong. It spins but does not move to the car like the others do. it never even touches the car at all. They need maintenance on the equipment. Also on the outside the vacuum that I pulled up too was broken and had no suction. I had to share one hose with another car.

Great wash quality. Car looks great after each visit. Free vacuuming, with plenty of stalls, is a plus too. Why not sell car care products too, plus have a dent/chip repair guy operate on site as well??

Your attendants don’t brush the grill/ windshield/ rear consistently. The air hoses frequently didn’t work and now they have been removed. Don’t think I’m getting what I paid for.

I have an account at 4 seasons for my patrol car. Today I brought my personal vehicle 2016 Impala LTZ. I just drove to St. Louis and back and the car was filthy. So the young guy use the pressure washer and brush on both sides, but not the rear of the car. Needless to say, straight down the middle of the car after the was completely dirty. I get the young guy and say the cars dirty and I need it to go back through. He tells me he cant do that. So he sprays some chemical on thick ass dirt and wipes the car off and leaves dirt in several spots. Now Im really pissed, but Im a peace officer and cant really do what Id like to do. So I grab the rag and clean my own damn car. I decided at the end of the month. Ill keep my 35 dollars and wash all my own cars. Thsnks for opening my eyes. And hire some employees that give a damn.

Ever since the remodel, this place has actually gone downhill!!! My car barely looks like its been touched when I take it through. The vacuum suction isnt as strong. When I took my rubber mats to one of the attendants just standing with 4 others, I was told to just take it to the other guy to hose them off. The guy doing the hosing was the only person that was actually working. Used to come here multiple times a month, but havent been back since this last bad experience.Gave this place a second chance and it ripped the entire rear wiper off of my car. When I spoke to the manager, he could not have cared less. He said they could look for the part, but that was it. My car was damaged and he was more concerned about just getting out of there. When I asked for my rubber mats to be sprayed off, they didnt even spray two of them. I didnt want to deal with these lazy and unprofessional individuals any longer and just wiped my mats with a baby wipe and left. This secured my decision that I will never go back here again. Ive never seen such poor customer service.
