Good staff and consistent service. I was a walk in and they slid me in between other appoint who was running a tad late.

I always love going to Hair Masters! Such a good and friendly environment. Especially this place! It isnt as popular as the one by Freddies, but I like it much better.

Ive tried to get my kiddos cuts done here but Im always greeted with what do you want? And when asked today if my son could get a quick cut the response I got was I dont know. We have 2 ahead of you. After asking for an ETA she said maybe 10, 15 or 40 minutes. After I left she hung up the sign in the door that said low wait times. The older woman there is passive aggressive. Third times a charm. I am done with this location.

She was very good. Did research on what needed done then did what was needed. Very professional and a great listener.

Uneven, choppy, not what I asked for, and only spent fifteen minutes. Unsatisfactory experience.

Haven’t had a worse haircut. Uneven and shaved a lightning bolt into the back of my head. Lady was not interested at all and charged me for the haircut and shampoo while only providing a haircut. Never going back.

Very good hair cut

The lady working inside doesnt wear her mask properly. Barely covers up her nose and as she cuts your hair, pulls it below her mouth. Very unsafe. Also charge you a sanitation fee when they dont sanitize the chair you sit in.

The service here was great! I had to wait a bit, but I was a walk- in so maybe an appointment here is a good idea because this location seems to be rather busy ( and I chose it thinking the opposite)..

I had ruined my hair with box color and was pretty unhappy when i walked in. Did not have to wait and ended up having the best salon experience ever. My stylist Monica took time to understand what i wanted, even consulted a colleague to make sure the color was perfect and managed to get exactly the tone I wanted. Could not be happier! Also: great conversation!

I wouldn’t even give it a one star but need to make a point. One of the worst haircuts ever!!! Just asked for a basic shoulder length long layer... botched-uneven and missed an entire piece of hair!! Lady getting hair dyed while I was in there asked to have it redone because they missed part of her hair!! The “manager” was inattentive while cutting hair cuz she was so focused on who was coming thru the front door. Basically... they work in the corner of a run down shopping mall for a reason!! Get what you pay for!

Danae is the best! My 14 year old went in to cut off his shoulder length hair and she was great. My only complaint would be that we scheduled another appointment with her 6 weeks later and when he went in, it was a different stylist and we were not informed ahead of time that she would not be there.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. My partner went in for a haircut and showed her a very specific picture of themselves for reference and she butchered their hair. Literally in tears over the fact that she cut it so short we cant do anything to fix it unless we want to buzz it all off. We are both very upset and will never come back, never recommend, and always tell people about this incident if they even consider coming in.

When I went in I was very clear with what I wanted and that I needed a great haircut for my 14 year anniversary... Big mistake. A mens haircut is simple I usually do my own even and turns out great but due to lack of time... Anyway, I came out and it was un-even all the way around, not thinned out like I had asked and super rushed. I even had to go back in after leaving so she could finish cutting the hair over my ears. I got home and cleaned up the back of my neck as it was uneven. Honestly dont think she gave a crap about what she does. I feel I would have been better off going to the preschool down the road, giving a 5 yo some safety scissors and saying, Go for it, and would have done a better job. I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN. BE WARNED.

Can’t cut hair, when there twice because I thought the first time was a fluke nope! They don’t care! They will leave groove marks from the clippers where you can clearly see your hair isn’t cut and tell you it’s cut. F’in joke. Never going there again and don’t recommend any male to get a haircut they.

Went in for a trim. Older woman with 80s style curly hair asked what I wanted so I said I would like an inch trimmed please,. She asked if I had layers and I said yes so she asked if I would like my layers trimmed as well as the bottom and I was so confused. I said all my hair please still confused why she asked if I wanted half of a haircut....she then goes on to tell me that cutting my split ends will NOT help my hair grow and that I should leave them!! I say no I have had several consultations and repeated what I wanted again. She goes to wash my hair and has the audacity to say ok so were trimming 1/4 inch off the layers and an inch off the rest right? At that point I told her I am going somewhere else. Why would you ask me what I want done with my own hair when you clearly think I have no idea what I want and then continue to misinform me about hair health?!?! I walked out before she could do whatever she wanted to my hair.

Ive been in here twice now to look at products. Both times there were 2 employees up front that couldnt even manage to greet me. The first time I was in here I browsed for a little bit, and ended up walking out without ever being approached by an employee. The second time two of the employees were having a loud conversation about one of their relationships and couldnt manage to say hello or ask if I needed help with anything. Terrible customer service!
