We are getting ready for a move out of state and leaving on a 6 day road trip in two days and we’re in a serious time crunch trying to get everything done. This morning our alternator gave out and we barely made it into the parking lot at Good Year. These guys saved our whole timeline and fit us in right away. My husband and I were driving from the San Juan islands over to Leavenworth and our car started over-heating. We called Good year and they immediately suggested we bring the car in and they would take a look. They didn’t have the part we needed so they called around until we found a place that did. They filled the car up with coolant and wouldn’t accept payment, thanked us for being patient and for our time, and wished us a safe trip. It was the most pleasant experience and instead of waiting 8 hours for a truck and a replacement car, we were able to continue with our travel plans. Highly recommend this auto repair, phenomenal service and people! We wouldn’t have got to our destination without them and will be forever grateful for that!
