I have taken my daughters Audi here and Jeremy is the most honest guy! If he can’t find the problem; he will tell you the truth. There isn’t any B.S. pricing, very honest group ( and funny). Last week, I showed up 10 minutes AFTER closing, I desperately needed a new battery for my truck. The guys didn’t even hesitate, they stayed the extra 30 min and had me in and out in no time with no complaints. We were laughing and joking the whole time. If you want some honest folks to work on your vehicles, this is the place to go! And to add… they LOVE the military and offer a military discount.

Jeremy, stetson and the crew in Monroe did a great job fixing a absolute nightmare wiring job behind the dash in my tundra from a previous owner.i was Reasonably charged for the work that was done and drove my rig from there very happy. Im usually... Ill do it myself kind of guy and dont trust any mechanic... But after this experience.... I fully trust this shop and the crew with my vehicles.

Had my 01 Audi Allroad in for axle issues, v6 bi turbo was leaking oil from turbos, what better fix than upgrade to k04s and replace the long block with another. All in all very please with the service and professionalism. I highly recommend this shop for any and all repairs. These guys know what they are doing and are completely fair.

My experience started with some major bumps in the road do to an employee that shouldnt have been in a customer service position.Yet it ended with an exceptional business owner doing everything in his ability to be a honest and reliable shop! I bought a 6.0 powerstroke with 200k that needed some serious tlc, and Im no stranger to the garage by any means; I regularly perform maintenance and large repairs on everything from cars, trucks, dirt bikes, boats, lawn equipment, etc. But as a first-time diesel owner, I had to face the reality that some of the work my truck needed was beyond my experience.I found FS Autoworx online as I was looking for a shop I could trust that did top notch work and would be sensitive to my limited budget.I brought my truck in and immediately knew I was in good hands. These guys went above and beyond. Not only did they do a great job on the agreed upon repairs, but they also fixed a bunch of things at no extra cost that needed to be done that I simply couldnt afford at the time. Ive had my truck in and out of this shop a few times now. The crew are good people, and they are very thorough with their work. They once did the clutch for me and they said it just didnt seem right after it was done and spent more hours of labor to make sure everything was operating the way it should at no additional cost. Today a brand new starter was put in and when I came to pick it up, it wouldnt crank until about the third try. They wouldnt let me take the truck, they apologized for the faulty part (not their fault), and said they will order a new one and have it done by Monday. All in all I think they are taking good care of me as a customer, and above and beyond service on my truck. Thanks guys. See you Monday.

Fantastic shop. Professional mechanics. Clean shop. Very reasonable prices. All though the shop is located in Monroe it is extremely worth the trip. And they stand behind their word.

Called and talked to Blake about my 97 Powerstroke having starting and idle issues. He had very specific questions and diagnosed the issue correctly over the phone, in a matter of minutes. Dude knows his stuff. Great customer service and easy going attitude. Would highly recommend.

A huge thank you to Josh for going above and beyond to get my car running again, after shop hours too. My car died on a Sunday afternoon, and it was towed to the shop. He came out and took a look at it, even though they were not open, and knew right away what the problem was. Josh took the time to find the best price in town for the parts I needed. Got them installed for me and I was back on the road again within an hour. Car is running great!I am so glad to have found this! They are honest and care about their customers. I wont take my vehicles anywhere else! I took my Jeep there because it was making a rattling noise underneath. They found out my exhaust was rubbing on the frame in two spots. I was in and out in 10 mins. All fixed!BEST SHOP AROUND!!! GO THERE

I’ve heard so many good things about FS autoworx. So When I needed to take my Jeep SRT for a service didn’t hesitate to take it in. I was treated very well and they went above and beyond to get my Jeep back to me fast. And David the Gm and Blake the owner are awesome and easy to talk to, work with, and the mechanics were the same. Highly recommend this shop for any of your vehicle needs!

FS Autoworx is the best shop I’ve been to in years! Love the guys and the atmosphere, also have great pricing. I’ve never had an issue with the work they’ve done and always leave in a better running or newly customized vehicle. I’m committed to FS and will not take my vehicles anywhere else, ever.

I had a 2011 F-350 with the 6.7 that blew up and I was trying to sell. Blake reached out to me and said he doesnt think the shop I took it to knew what they were talking about and offered to tow it to his shop and look at it for free. A few days later I get the call that it does need an engine and he offered to buy it for $1k less than what I was asking for, when I said no he said itd take $700 to get it out. Once I had a buyer lined up (a day later), I told him well be down that night to get it out and he said after the tow bill it would be near $1,000 to get it out. After a couple conversations, he brought it down to $450, but thats still a long way from free... Its sad because it looks like hes got a good shop and knows what hes talking about but at the end of the day all he wanted was the money and stole it from a guy while he was already down. I wont be back.The shop guys were great, they got me squared away and pushed the truck into a near by parking lot so the other guy could pick it up, threw my bumper back in the truck for me, and over all were great. Blake is just a crooked guy that unfortunately is giving this business a bad name. Ryan had reached out to me a little bit ago and attempted to make things right so I thank him for that. Overall Id have a tough time sending any vehicle back to them as the shop guys were great and I trust them, but Blake just tried to pull a quick one which leaves me weary about this shop. Very unfortunate to see good guys work for someone like Blake (though I find out later hes not the full owner like he implied)EDIT: Recently I got a text from Joseph Standley essentially trying to buy my review by offering $1,000 in shop credit. All in all dont trust these guys.

I have sent a few customers to FS Autoworx as they treat the customer respectfully, are a very knowledgeable shop and they are very good with Diesel engines. Blake is great to deal with and I would send customers to him again in the future.

I brought my truck in to get my drivers side mirror replaced, and have my dash looked at a week back. After an hour or so they had given me a quote for a new pair of mirrors, that were cheaper, and nicer then my own. And had my dash fixed. Amazing experience, great service, and even better mechanics. I recommend this place to anyone in need

I cant say enough positive things about the team at FS Autoworx. They are top notch and above all they are HONEST that is something that is hard to find these days especially when it comes to shops that work ondiesels. I brought my Excursion to them after taking it to the dealer as well as 2 other shops in the area. I was told by the other shops that i needed head gaskets or that i needed a new motor and one of the shops said it wasnt worth fixing and wanted to buy it from me for $2500.00 I was very offended at that point . I had a friend tell me about FS. So after taking it to them i now have my Excursion totally fixed and running awesome for a total of $1728.00!!!!You guys are SO AWESOME!!!!Best Automotive Shop In Snohomish County Guaranteed!!!!

Took my Dodge Caliber here this week and was treated very well and like many other reviews noted, they went above and beyond and was very fast service-and when I ran into more problems they got me right back in quick and figured out what’s wrong. Sherry the lady at the desk is awesome and easy to talk to and work with and the mechanics were the same. Highly recommend using this shop for any needs on your vehicle!

This shop is unprofessional, rude & completely negligent. Not only was a truck stolen in their care, they also refused to warranty out and fix damage that they caused as well as didn’t return all parts necessary, and refused to return the truck when it was paid for. I would go ANYWHERE but here.

Mechanics are good. Shop is good. But Blake has an attitude problem and there are overall better places to go. Even his replies to some of these reviews are a little indicative of his attitude.

This was my second time I have been to this business. They made a mistake and exchanged a working part for a new one. I did not ask them to do this. They realized the mistake was theirs and took the part off of my bill. Honesty goes a long way with me. These are good people to work with.

I had my 92 F150 repaired here, suspension work and a few other minor things. Went great, was treated very well and work was done right and fast.

Blake and his team did any amazing job with my 05 excursion. This truck is my baby and Im very particular who I let work on it. I had gotten a few quotes from other places and got the run around. They were very upfront in what I needed and not sell me stuff I dont need. Even during the process when we made changes, they took great care of me. I now have the baddest Excursion around!!! ROLLIN COAL!!!!!

I brought my 2003 Ford Excursion to FS Autoworx about a month ago after taking it to several other diesel shops in the area. I was told by other shops that i needed over $10k worth of work done and one shop even told me i needed a complete engine rebuild. About 3 days after dropping my rig off at FS i was told that my truck was fixed and that it was actually and intermittent issue with a crank sensor. Truck was fixed for under $500 and runs like new. Blake & Bryan are absolutely the most honest dudes in the area for diesel shops. They are not pushy and their crew of guys are top notch. Dont waste your time with any other Diesel Shops in the area just go to FS Autoworx and leave with your wallet still intact and your vehicle fixed right.
