I am more than happy with them! When I first pulled in and saw there was a 3 and 1/2 hour wait I almost pulled out but instead decided to wait it out. Well that bunch worked extra hard to take care of those waiting and instead I only waited a little less than 2 hours. Super polite, super nice, super efficient. Will gladly go there again!

I started going to get my oil changed with Crossroads Ford about 3 years ago. Since that time, I have never had a bad experience. While you are waiting, sometimes you find yourself just chatting about options for your truck, adding accessories to your vehicle, great foods or nearby restaurants. Fast, thorough and very friendly service. Why do you need another place. Don’t forget the pricing, your dollar goes far here!

Service was completed as requested. I was fully aware that the service was performed on the Friday of a holiday weekend and wait times could be longer than normal, I expected this issue and brought a chair and sat outside and enjoyed the day. The staff quoted a four hour service time and it only took three hours. Success.I always plan ahead and bring a chair to sit outside.

I give the service of Cross Roads Ford a zero star (the app made me pick at least 1 star but it should be a zero) . I made an appointment for an inspection and to have my radio looked at (my radio stopped working). I arrived at my appointment time, I was there for 4 hours and when my car was returned to me I was told that no work was done, the guy who does the inspections left early and the guy who does the diagnostic for the radio never showed up for work. They told me to come back on Saturday and they would do the work free of charge I came back and again waited 2.5 hours, car was returned this time my inspection was done and they waived the $30 charge, still did not look at my radio because they guy who does that changed shifts and did not come to work. I was furious and left, I called the manager and told him what happened - he said the radio was in fact looked at and it needed a part (he told me what it was) and that it was not fixed because the guy that fixes is was out but if I brought it back they would take care of it. I decided not to have them touch my car and instead I went to a different mechanic, he said he needed to know what part was diagnosed as bad - I asked for my diagnostic paperwork to find out the part but when they gave it to me it showed they did not do a diagnostic. SO the manager lied to me to get me to come back AGAIN or they changed the paperwork so someone else would have to run a diagnostic (which would cost me more), Either way the amount of incompetence on both days - if the people were not at work why did they keep my car for hours, they should have turned me around at the door or better yet called to reschedule. I would not recommend going to this shop ever

The entire experience at Crossroads Ford was excellent! Rod was a great salesperson. He was knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to listen to what I needed and help me find the right car for my needs. The finance staff was great and I was ready to go in my new car quickly and painlessly. I had a very negative experience at another dealership while on my car search and I am so pleased that I found Crossroads. What a difference!

I purchased my F450 from crossroads and brought it back for an oil change last week. They worked with my crazy work schedule and got it in and back to me very quickly. My wife took the ride and we ate a quick breakfast at their diner inside the dealership. Truck service was great, food was great, will definitely be working with them again for the next truck and all maintenance.

The service team is excellent, however the vehicle I have is a pos, a lemon, and FORD will do nothing about it. The service team has done what they can and have been very supportive, this is not their issue, its FORDS and I will NEVER purchase another ford, they do not stand behind their product, it all comes down to money for them and not the safety of their customers. Fair warning to anyone looking for a new/used vehicle stay away from ford cars.

I purchased my vehicle 2 weeks ago. It was back at crossroads fir some body work that should have been taken care of prior to the car ending up on the lot for sale. I had the car one day and the transmission or engine, something went out. Doesnt shift, doesnt go into park or any gear.So far the dealership has stepped up and addressed the issues but its frustrating to be paying for a vehicle that you do not have and doesnt run. I will update when I know more and after I get the escape back. I am hoping that their christian values come into play here.

This place Rocks and is very helpful. I have been bringing my truck to them every month due to the mileage I put on. They work with me as I am a self employed person that needs quick turn around as my truck is my income source. They are friendly and kind. The try to get me the best deal by suggesting to take advantage of the package service deals. I will continue to bring my truck to them. They shine over the other dealers in the area.

As soon as the doors opened, this service department was proficient and tomely. Ken, my service provider explained very well everything being done to my vehicle and the costs. To my surprise, my vehicle was done in a few hours. This was surprising based on the volume this service department takes in. Such a great asset to take away from the Ford service department to allow customers to get basic maintenance done.

The Parts Department: they cant figure out parts, end up sending the wrong parts, and then give an excuse that its not as easy as that, finding parts for vehicles, well figure out something. 2.5hrs later, nothing is figured out, and were not talking about engine or electrical parts here, but body parts, visible large obvious moldings. 1 out of 5 times you fall on a good guy, the customer service is good, which is why theres a 1/5 star rating.

Purchased a used 2019 F-250. The purchase experience was one of one of the best Ive had. After the purchase... NOT SO MUCH!! The very next day after purchasing the truck the oil change due light came on. I was called back for the after purchase call and I mentioned this to them. I was assured that the oil change had been done ($150 service on a tuck I had less than 24 hours). I requested copies of the service detail and its been 3 weeks and still no service records. The service manager assured me it had been done just wasnt reset. Took the truck to our mechanic the next day to have the oil change done and he noted that the oil was tar black, sticking to the sides of the funnel and the filter was way more than 100 miles old. In the first week of the purchase we had to do an oil change. Not only would Not trust their service records on any purchase from them, I WILL NEVER purchase from them and NEVER recommend them to do service on a vehicle. The purchase was painless and speedy (under 1.5 hours total from test drive to leaving). We were discussing going back and look at purchasing another truck on our way home from this purchase since it was not the normal car buying experience. This was our 12th vehicle and owning 2 companies we are in the market for more.. Not from this dealer!!

Quick Lane is advertizd as no appointment. Check-in went well. Told there was a 2 hour wait right up front. Simple oil change took the 2 hours. All work done at fair price.Now I get a call and a week worth of daily emails asking me to leave feedback. I do not want to be hounded because I paid for an oil change. Frank hands down the best service advisor I’ve had. I’ve been to other dealerships in the past but Frank here at Crossroads Ford is the winner for sure. He not only honest but also upfront and truly responsive. These are all key traits you want for a service advisor. I had my 2014 Focus there for some recall’s / service and he made the whole process effortless and enjoyable and came back with good recommendations. We took a car in that was inherited to have the recall for the airbag completed. The car was also making a sound and we asked for it to be checked. The Representative, Todd Fincher was very kind and informative. He called to explain the details of the sound and walked me through the recommendations. He jumped through hoops to get the car back to us within a day so our son wouldnt miss work or inconvenience us. I have never owned a Ford before or even been to Crossroads. Now, this will be the only place we take the car! Thank you for the great service!

Frank and the Team at Crossroads did a great job to diagnose and fix the issue I was having, which ended up being a total engine replacement under warranty. My only call-out was it took almost 2 weeks from when the appointment was scheduled to actually start work on the vehicle due to the backlog. But a loaner car was provided at no cost.

I gave it 2 stars because the hamburgers are great at the restaurant. We went lookin for a ford explorer. They took almost an hour to come back with a $1183 lease and I cant remember the joke of a finance pament. Mind you I have an 830 credit score. I get that right now supply is low. Go elsewhere. They obviously prey on people with bad credit or just plain oblivious. We stayed just for fun and still joke about the numbers. They even told me that leases are based on vehicle brands and fictional numbers. Not vehicle costs. So good luck. I have purchased 10 new vehicles over 10 years. This was at at least comical

We were driving to New Jersey to see our granddaughters and experienced a problem with our truck. I called the nearest Ford dealership (Motor Mile Ford) in Christianburg, VA, for help and they rudely told us, they couldn’t/wouldn’t be able to help us until early June (it was May 6th)! I called the Crossroads Ford Service Department and they called another dealership (Duncan Ford Lincoln) and got them to squeeze us in and in a couple of hours we were on the road! Let me add, we did not purchase our 2020 Ranger from them, only had an oil change there. However they now have a customer for life after this experience!

I was told over the phone to stop by the service center for some warranty item. When I pulled into the service bay I was informed I needed to make an appointment and they were booked for today. Not pleased with this I explained to Big Dave what I was told over the phone. He went into the office and came back out informing he understood what happened but would work me in within the next half hour. He took care of what was needed and saw that I was on my way in 45 minutes. He stepped and provided exceptional customer service to correct the miscommunication.

My heat was only coming out of the dash vents and not the defrost or floor in my 2014 F-150 XLT. I could hear the baffle motor trying to change but it was just clicking. Crossroads told me they were backed up but because of this not defrosting my windows said he would try to get to it and we made an appointment just a couple days later. They not only finished the job but took care of some other needed items with my permission as well. Iris was absolutely great to work with!!

I called ahead to explain that when I accelerated my LOW OIL PRESSURE signal would display and I needed to get it checked. Carlyn (sp?) suggested an oil change (I was due) to see if that alleviated the issue. I agreed and went over on my lunch break as planned. I was given a friendly greeting by Carlyn and informed of my time frame for service. I was asked if I would like to rotate my tires also (something I had not thought about) and I agreed.As the service was being completed the tech noticed my truck was due for inspection and informed me. The inspection was promptly completed. I was in and out in 45 minutes and for a VERY reasonable fee. Great staff, great service.

The service for my 2013 F150 was done quickly and thoroughly.The truck needed turbo sensor and rear window motor. The technician found a grounding issue with the motor and ended up costing less.
