She is such a professional and knows her business and was able to help me when I was in such distress taking care of estate business for my deceased brother. I applaud her persistence and professionalism. Her assistance made this one task less stressful and i thank her for that tremendously.

Today I spoke to Johanna at State Farm to get some insurance quotes. I have been with Progressive since 2016 but really wasn’t happy with the cost and the limited coverage that I had. No one likes to have an auto accident, especially when it is your fault. That was the case for me on November 8, 2017. I came home and immediately reported the accident on the State Farm website that night. The next morning I called the offices of Peyton Pettus (my agent). I was really down on myself, but the reception was so kind and understanding that I was able to stop worrying about my stupid driving mistake and get on the road to making things right. Just as I hung up with the Pettus Office, State Farm claims called me and their level of professionalism was equally impressive. After that day the claims people stayed in touch with me every step of the way and made sure the claim was settled in a fair and expeditious manner. After the action was complete, to my surprise, I got a call from Peyton himself. You have to understand his office is no small operation. He has a good number of people who sell and service all insurance lines, provide money solutions such as auto loans and offer a large number of solid investment products. Running that operation makes him one of the busiest people I know, but he still found time to call me personally to make sure that I was happy with the way the claim had been serviced. You buy insurance for the piece of mind of knowing that if something does happen you will be restored to your original position. From the first hello I knew I was getting the value I expected from both State Farm and the Pettus agency.
