This guy wont help you at all, never mentioned any discounts I qualify until I called the call center and actually lower my policy premium, the ladies working there have no idea of customer service they look at you like you ruin them days, I need to open a formal complain with the company against this guy to be able to fix a mistake they made for an accident that was my fault they wouldnt help me clarify that, I guess hopping I wouldnt say anything and go with the new rate... One star is way too much for this agent!
