I have been with allstate for over 3yrs and when I switched my policy from allstate in Ohio to my local allstate agent here in Monroe I was extremely happy with their team and services.

Have always gotten excellent help on any issue Ive had since Ive been with these Allstate office; several year now. They are helpful and quick to assist what ever your question or situation maybe. That is something in these times. So far, I would rate them 5 STARS in my book.

My daughter was looking for house insurance and their agent Julie Cacko was excellent! Promt response and my daughter got the best deal from them. She even went with the auto insurance. She received excellent and promt service from Julie as well. Highly recommended!!

TJ is my hero! I recommend him for all your insurance needs better coverage at a much better price than ant other compy hands down! It took me 50 years but I finally found an agent that truly looking out for me.

I had an issue with a billing situation and called the agency to have it resolved. After calling the local office 6 times and then the corporate office twice and being told that it was all set and that it was an error on the app i was then issued and collection notice in the mail for the amount that I called about all 8 times. Now I usually call and speak with Julie and I must say she is always professional and has always gone out of her way to make things right but in this case she was unable to help with the billing situation. I asked her to speak with Brandon who I have worked with in the past and once I was connected to Brandon this is where the unprofessionalism started. I asked for there to be something done about the fact that I called this office 6 times and called the Corporate office twice and his response was appalling. He said to me what do you want from me, im not paying your insurance bill. Even though that was not what I was asking. I understood that their war errors in the system and that things happen all I was asking for was someone to apologize and offer a solution and that is not what I got. Instead I was met with hostility and ignorance and the upmost unprofessionalism from Brandon. I then asked to speak with TJ and was told that he was out and then when he was in again Brandon told me that he already talked to TJ and there was nothing they could do. I feel like this was not resolved appropriately and if Brandon would have just said Im sorry we messed up and that shouldnt have happened I would not be writing this review. I now feel like more needs to be done and yes compensation is what Im looking for now.

The team at Anthonys office are great. Went through everything to make sure we had the right coverage and saved us money as well.
