I first went to Bow Wow almost 20 years ago when shopping for parts for an old 93’ VW Jetta when they were located in Lynnwood. I just had them replace a timing belt on my 2005 VW TDI Jetta. Robert & crew did a great job and replaced the fuel pump that literally died after they got it back together. Although it cost me more $$ it was a very fair price and more importantly they know what their doing! Bow Wow is also a great source for getting higher quality electronic components for your VW or AUDI. I will be a customer of theirs for life.

Exceptional customer service. I have been here multiple times for parts and sometimes just to ask questions about my air-cooled, and their knowledge is always on point! They arent condescending, and are always willing to help you figure stuff out. This is the only place that I have found that I would recommend for older VW vehicles.

Multiple times the shop manager was hundreds over quote and over agreed hard cash ceiling on costs, non apologetic and most of the issues still remain that they said they fixed, its too bad this place used to have a better reputation. I will not go back nor recommend them until they can fix the shady business practices.

Spoke with Doug about a master cylinder piece I needed, he found one from another vehicle, measured it out for me, then just gave it to me. Its refreshing to have genuine people working with parts and service shops like this.

The place in the PNW to take your VW for service, repairs and maintenance.Excellent service. Lower mechanic rates than anywhere else (comparable). This is an autoparts store for any make or model, but the mechanics are VW Nerds. They ONLY do VW. They have ample bays and excellent mechanics who are really good and total sweeties. They also have a parts store with VW collectible goodies like tote bags, Christmas lights, pins, VW stuff to pimp up your car that does not cost an arm and a leg (like at the dealer).These guys have helped me many times - and they treat their customers very well. Honest, dependable and their work is good value for money. Dont even consider taking your VW anywhere else. But feel free to do estimate comparisons, and dont forget that many dealers will find extra and more costly things to repair to bump up an initial estimate.

Had these guys do a buyers inspection before buying a Passat, and they did far more than any other shop has done. It turned out that the timing belt and valve cover gasket needed to be replaced. They saved me a lot of time and money on this one.

Looks like Diamond Doug closed up shop . Decided to keep my 1600 core and the deposit . And he lied . He said they were moving . I would give Diamonds an A+ for most of his lies . Probably a F+ on the lack of any business ethic . Doug is only a symptom of a society gone wrong . And he thinks thats just fine .
