I had a flat tire and was going through AAA for tire service. I waited for a day and a half until AAA could locate someone. Matt from Bergs showed up earlier than the time listed! Matt was professional, friendly and very quick in his job. Bergs has a very great associate on their payroll! What a nice guy and a representative for the company!!! Thanks again Matt!!!

My Sister-in-Law had her truck stolen from her garage where it was parked as storage. The police recovered the vehicle and had Bergs in Monmouth, Il tow the truck in. They are demanding that she pay them $500 to get her truck back. She is on a very fixed income (disability) and its pay the fee or lose her truck. Thats just nuts! I would stay away from a company that does that. Call someone else!!

Exceptional service. For my first ever towing experience, I couldnt have asked for a more comfortable setting. The driver arrived within 20 minutes of my call, provided excellent conversation and advice, and even dropped me off at my home. I definitely recommend Bergs if youre in a bind in the surrounding area.

Bergs picked me up in Good Hope and towed me to Moline for a reasonable charge. The owners step-son was professional, timely and entertaining on our 90 minute trip to the Quad Cities. He deserves a raise.I couldnt have asked for a better experience!

Found myself stranded 3 hours from home. Called Bergs and he was there to save us. Aided me in attempting to find a service station on a Sunday, but in the end we had him tow us all the way home to complete the work ourselves. Very nice, and would recommend them to anyone.

Called them to tow my truck to a ford dealer then when the dealer Didn’t have technician the Towing Company recommend a different dealer that could fix my truck towing said it was a different rate since it was further called back 5 min later to advise that I found a different dealer closer they took my truck there same Zip as the first drop I requested when the tow was done they charged me the amount that was meant for the other location which was way further then I asked why the lady said because we turned around and that the driver drive half way which I knew clearly she was lying when I refused to pay she started to threaten me with I will impound the truck if you won’t pay meDon’t recommend this Towing company at all liars and cheaters there are plenty honest Towing Company’s around that area

Very unprofessional! We had an agreement to pick up my car at 3:30 the next day. Now my car is blocked in and theyre telling me how busy they are! Like they didnt know I was coming to pick it up! And telling me its not my car its my husbands!

Needed a tow, called Bergs and informed them I had myself and 2 passengers and was told Id have to call a cab for us cause they only had room for 2 in there can, well called Bolins towing and they said it wasnt a problem but someone would have to sit on someones​ lap!!!! So never will I use Bergs, wanting me to call a cab, what a joke!
