I scheduled online the day before. The process was smooth. They got my jeep in quickly and completed the tire rotation quickly. No complaints and very nice and personable staff

Had a tire checked. Done very quickly. Seemed to be very knowledgeable.

I had a flat tire that was beyond repair. I was called and asked what tires I would prefer as there is another due for replacement. After expressing appreciation I chose to have one tire replaced which they completed quickly and economically. I’ve used them before and will do so again.

I pulled in with a blown boat trailer tire at 4:40 pm. They close at 4:00 pm. Pulled to a lot next door and a guy pulls up. Asks what our problem was? Flat tire was obviously observed. They had me on the road 20 minutes later! Outstanding service even when closed! I highly recommend!

Friendly and knowledgeable trying to diagnose an alignment and tire wear problem.They were very quick to get it in and work on it, and charged around the going rate for alignment. Definitely worth going to for tire related problems.

The staff were very helpful and polite. Like to use Moore Tire in both Monmouth and Macomb. Service work done on our RV is easier to do with big bays in Monmouth. Oil change, fix the air leak and installed valve extensions on rear dual tires and replaced the rear shocks on the RV. All done the same day with no appointment. RV rides much better!

We were traveling through the state and had a tire that was loose and sheared the studs. We made 5 or 6 phone calls looking for someone to help and got lucky to find this place! These guys were AMAZING! We were traveling with 2 dogs and they were gracious enough to allow our pups inside and even offered water while we waited! Got us back on the road without an appointment and made sure we understood what was done and what had happened! So glad we found them to save our trip!!

I walked in to see if they possibly had a tire in my size as I had a flat on the way to work. Let me tell you how amazing they are. They didn’t make me wait till Monday to come back. They took my vehicle right around I bought two new tires and they put them on the front and moved the others to the back. They were so nice and so fast! The price was way less then I expected. I was back on the road in no time! Fantastic!!!

They were so kind and helpful we were on our way to Burlington and our tire on our new car blow and they changed it with no cost. Thank you again Moores Tire !! My husband is 82 and has cancer and he could not have changed the tire. God bless them.

I called due to having flat when i came out from appointment, they said they would send someone to air up and follow me, 10 min later a kid came aired me up, went to TIRE PLACE, waited 40 min and left, they where busy and squeezed me in, amazing staff and work . Thanks again

I was up the creek. It was afternoon on Good Friday. The service engine light came on in my one and only means of transportation.. I called the service Dept of the dealership; but was told the earliest they could get me in was April 12th.. I couldnt wait until then. The next day I called Moore Tires and was told to bring it in; I did not need an appointment. The business is clean and comfortable. The got my vehicle in right away, diagnosed the problem and provided a loaner car while they fixed it. When I have another emergency, Im taking my vehicle to Moore Tire.

I had been visiting family in Monmouth, IL and when I started my car on the morning I was traveling back to southwest Missouri, my check engine light came on and a digital message appeared saying “engine power reduced.” I did not notice any loss of power or function, but did not want to proceed without getting the car checked. Moore Tires worked me in, checked everything thoroughly and determined it was a false warning (the car had been sitting for two days in frigid weather). I was on my way in a relatively brief period of time and at a very reasonable cost for diagnostic work. The car performed without any problems on an eight hour road trip home. I would recommend Moore Tires for their competence and excellent service. I am grateful for how they helped us!

From the time I came through the door, the lady at the desk was ready to assist me, although she was clearly busy. However, one of the serviceman came up to the counter & tried to get ahead of me, but the worker at the counter let him know that she would help him after assisting me. I was so grateful & it was a good feeling to be treated with respect & equality, especially with all the hatred that goes on in the world sometimes.

Had a bad tire and Brenda @ the Monmouth location got me fixed with a new tire in nothing flat. Great service.

The guys are very helpful and polite. The price for new tires is extremely good. Everything thing is included with the estimate and the final price was within pennys of the estimate. Being able to choose your tires and make an appointment on line was very helpful. I would refer people to them.

Awesome place and people. They patched a tire and did an oil change on our Jeep and for a good price. Then reset our dash alerts after we had left and come back and requested it. Not a complaint. They reset them.

I had my car in for an entire week for a very small fix. They lied about how much it was going to be and charged me almost $100 more than I was told. Left my car a mess and left my keys in the car overnight. Left tools and garbage in the car as well. They fixed it but barely explained what any of it meant and what else it needed. I do not recommend!!

MOORE TIRES got me a great deal on tires, alignment and fixed everything else within 5 hours with no appointment!!! I see a lot of five star reviews and im sure these guys are generally good but I had a bad experience. I seriously shouldnt have to tell them every single time not to change a part on my car. Brought it up for a routine oil change come back to pick it up with a $141 dollar bill because they changed an oil plug. Then was told my car wouldnt be released until I paid them for a change I did not authorize. I work for Verizon and I guarantee you if I just sold a phone to the customers then added an extra how ever much I feel is good for the mandatory tip, it would not go over well with said customer. If you think your car might need a new part and you dont have the money for it I would strongly recommend going elsewhere or be very specific when you bring your vehicle to this location.

U will be getting a call from me tomorrow. Had my truck in to fix a brake problem. Fix evap for fuel, look at 4wd and an oil change.Brakes are good and oil change.You said my evap system was fixed with a new vent solenoid and I asked you to put $20 in fuel to make sure. You said you did and charged me the $20. You did not put fuel in or you flat out lied to me because putting fuel kicked off every.75 gallons at a time. Also, I went from having a lil noise in 4wd every once in a while and you said nothing wrong with it. Well. In the first 12 hours of having it back in all this snow and -10 degree weather my 4wd does not even work now .

Brought some of my own tires to get them mounted and balanced on a set of wheels I also brought in. Staff was pleasant and didn’t give me a hard time about not buying tires there. One of the few places that does Hunter Road Force balancing in the area, which is important to me and worth the extra money. It was about $150 to mount and balance four tires, but they are super smooth with no vibrations or other issues.

Very friendly staff. Got me in and out. Nice clean seating/ waiting area. Coffee and water available for customers. Im very impressed!

Unfortunately, Moore Tires has not changed for the better since the owner and many of the long time employees of Keisters have changed roles. The treatment the employees gave me and my family was rude and unacceptable for a business. The manager even told us he would not be telling the owner to give us a call after that was a request from my family. After that, our vehicle we brought in was pushed to be last in line for a tire check and oil change which was just a low blow. Not even a day later, the tire light came on again. Extremely poor service and poor attitudes with everyone involved. I have told my family members and friends who go to Moore Tires to find a new place to take their vehicles. It is too bad a loyal customer was treated so badly.

Really enjoyed my experience. The team is as friendly as can be. Their work is second to none and the communication with me for every step of the issue was terrific. They even saw I had power steering fluid leaking from bottles in my car and wrapped them up to prevent any damage to the interior. Thats something I really noticed. Its the little things count in my book, as well as competitive pricing and speed to complete a project. I really am grateful for the excellent service and I want to thank the staff for it!

Had a leak in my tire taking my daughter for a college visit...couldnt fix the tire where it was damaged and didnt have an exact replacement for me...but they made sure we were safe to go with my full size spare and NO CHARGE!!!! wish i had more cash to tip the guy...but if Im ever in the area Ill definitely stop by or at the very least pay it forward......
