The workmanship was professional and more than adequate. What I didnt like was the long wait, covid and wrong measurements which led to long delays. February till mid July. The managers that contacted me did so irregularly and seemed not to have my interests at heart. Then to add injury to the situation, the promised interest free loan is charging me interest. I am changing my 3 rating to 1.

The people I worked with were courteous and prompt when working in my home. They cleaned up after themselves and did quality work. The cabinets are great quality, the counter top is amazing and the sink and faucet are great too. It took longer than I had hoped, but in the end it was all worth it.

The salesperson showed us different options and prices on our new door replacement project. Very helpful. The project manager gave us periodic status updates letting us know when the materials would be arriving. Communication was excellent.’The installers were experts that installed and fitted everything perfectly. I couldn’t have had a better experience. Thank you team!

Great communication from everyone who was involved in the project. Installation was scheduled fast and flexible time schedule.

The contractor was very professional and informative with the work that was being made. When I have other home improvements to be made I would like the same contractor. I was very please with the craftsmanship of the floor repair and vanity & toilet. Better than it was before....Excellent!

Elliot was the Sales person and he was honest with me on my needs, the technicians did a excellent job with my AC and Furnace, there was an issue with the furnace motor continuously running but it was fixed and everything is working fine.

I was down sold. I would have happily purchased the plan that I now have back in March if it had been offered. I had to wait until Friday to make an appointment to get my HVAC repaired.

Expedient professional responses. Incredibly focused and skillful team of technicians. Glad know such customer service as this exists and is still/currently available.

It is too early to review the service that has been completed by Sears technician. But I can say they were very professional and know what they were doing. That being said, I am very happy about their work and their professionalism. They took a bit to explain me how to maintain the A.C. and furnace as well as how they will operate efficiently... Just hope this work without any problems. I will update my review later on after 3 or 4 months...

My cabinets are absolutely beautiful.The serviceman Eric was so professional, consistently cleaning up.My kitchen seems to be larger with the Antique white cabinets..I am so happy with my new cabinets.Just beautiful.Keep up the excellent work Sears.

Sears offers significant discounts to sign a contract at the time of initial visit, which discourages the buyer from shopping around, so it it advisable to get other proposals before getting one from Sears. The availability of wall and floor tile was quite limited. I would have liked to have seen a better selection. I guess this is the price that must be paid to get a more reasonable cost of the project. The Shower pan was 2 inches narrower than it should have been which is disappointing. On the other hand I cant say enough about the actual installation work. the quality of the work done by the tradesmen was excellent. They kept me informed, were conscientious and diligent. The project was completed on a timely basis.

Highly recommended too anyboby

I was very pleased with the service and craftsmanship of the shower conversion. The workers came on time, were personable and worked some days 10 hrs straight. They always left things tidy at the end of each day. The shower looks great Im very happy.

Installation of AC system

Sears heating and cooling in Chicago is a nightmare. I had them install ac and furnace. Didnt pass inspection. Needed a condensate pump. You would think their experienced sales team and installers would of caught that. Nope. Impossible to contact sears so I called the installer back since he was responsible for the service for 1yr. When I called to make sure everything was good, I found out that it was not sears that did the extra work. Wayne Gregory project coordinator told me was cheaper if the guy did it on his own. I signed a sears receipt and when I called to talk to Wayne, he generated a generic receipt for the pump. Really? Tried calling sears to find out who was actually in my house doing the work. Guy had no uniform and plain truck! I had to file a complaint to get the pump in my warranty. Still waiting on that.....and now, the pump is leaking. Causing major damage and you talk to anyone for 3 days, till after the holidays. Cant get a hold of anyone who knows what they are doing on the phones and got the run around. Dont trust sears to do any work in your house!! They will over charge you 3 times the amount and do bad work and you dont really know who is coming to your house if they use a third party and dont tell you. Please be careful! More details in full complaint. Update...just found out I should have a 16 seer furnace and now see its a 14 seer! Rip off scammers. Watch out!!!

They installed cabinets and flooring

The workers were excellent; the only problem was that we had to wait longer than the time they had promised to be there. Colin was excellent, very industrious and helpful.

The whole process was easy and the installation crew was awesome and very friendly. They made the process pleasant and I would recommend them to everyone.

I was oversold on a air conditioner. The coil they brought was to big we ended up paying more for a smaller coil. Took them a week and half to install after we agreed to it. Customer Service was lacking. The work was real solid.

The guys came on time and ready to do the job...I love my new windows and would recommend everybody get some..the outside and inside of my house looks so attractive..Thank You
