I have a Bently and a Rolls. When you need your car brought to a dealer with no scratches, this is who you call. Also, people park on my property and these guys will remove them. No problems or hassles.

Mr. Jeffrey West is so ignorant. His company damaged my vehicle and they refuse to fix it. When i called him to confront him and why they would not fix the damages he kept hanging up and me, saying he wish he had a beer while hearing me complain and that hes going to wash his beautiful car while im stuck with my junk truck. I cant believe the owners would have a guy like that running their business

Damaged my vehicle in the towing process. This company is completely incompetent. Never use them for your towing needs.

Had a blow out in Joliet il on interstate 80 at rush hour traffic called United road towing and they was there in less than 30 minutes
