I have never written a negative review about a company in my life and I feel the need I have to. This is HANDS DOWN the worst company I have ever experienced. As a business owner you should hire a company like this to take stress away, not add to it. They are all over the place, NEVER respond until you email multiple times and it takes months to get simple questions answered or issues resolved. Best decision we ever made was dropping this company. We are still dealing with issues and lack of responses MONTHS after getting rid of them. I highly recommend Comprehensive Accounting Solutions!I became frustrated trying to complete my taxes with a popular on-line service. The on-line service did not have the necessary information in order to correctly enter college tuition and expenses. I was also having difficulty understanding the new tax law. Justin at Comprehensive Accounting Solutions was knowledgeable and patient while answering my questions. The best thing is he saved me a significant amount of money in taxes. This organization is a scam. I paid them for services that were never received. I have been trying to contact for over year and have gotten no response. They dont respond to emails or answer phone calls. I intend to take legal action against them soon.
