Had a tire rotation and an oil change down. In and out in 20 minutes. A major plus was that all the employees were friendly. Something not so common in the service industry these days.

It is too bad the lowest rating I could give is one star because thats two stars too many. I brought my car in for an oil change (full synthetic) at a cost of $104. My check engine light went on the next day, so I brought it to South Oak for them to read the code. It read 2 codes, incorrect oil type and an oil pressure sensor. I went back to Fullers to see what oil they put in and it turns out they used the wrong oil weight. I spoke with one of the technicians and they confirmed they used the wrong oil weight, but he said that would not trip the light. That is not what South Oak told me and I let him know that. They said we can change it but we will have to charge you again. He refused to give me his name and as he walked away and said to go talk to Mike Fuller who was in the other building. I finally got his name after I asked a third time. His answer its on my shirt. Thank you Josh, you are a real professional. When I eventually talked to Mike Fuller, I told him the purpose of talking to him was to explain the situation and why I would no longer be taking any of my families cars there again. I have 5 cars in the household who all go (well used to go) to Fullers. I did not want to argue, I just wanted what I paid for. Despite this he was incredible childish. Just one example, I asked him what weight oil my car calls for (as we stood there and looked at the oil cap). He said 5W20. I asked him what they put in the car and he said I dont know I wasnt there. Keep in mind he already was told by Josh and another technician that they used the wrong oil. He just kept saying that wouldnt trip the light. I asked him again and he refused to answer and just repeated I wasnt there (despite the words of his own techs and the receipt). THIS IS THE OWNER ACTING LIKE A CHILD. My point was simple, your technicians did NOT put the correct weight in the car (regardless of the check engine light). I did not get what I paid for. After 10 minutes of arguing (that I wanted to avoid) he FINALLY said, did you want us to change it and I said yes that is all I was asking for. My point is simple, I did not want to argue with him to get what I paid for. But unfortunately I had to. I will not be going there again for an oil change or a car wash or a pack of gum. Mike was rediculous and I am amazed he is still in business. He could have had a lifelong customer by doing the right thing from the beginning, but I suppose $20 in oil was just too hard for him to swallow. Mike, you and your team are fantastic at customer service. Maybe you should teach a seminar or something!

I called these guys in advance to find out how much an oil change was and they couldnt tell me. EVERY. SINGLE. OTHER. PLACE asks you your year/make/model and tell you how much. Apparently at this place they can only tell you once you bring your vehicle in and they see how much has been used. There is a base amount and then a surcharge depending on how much. But thats cool. Comparison shopping and saving money is like, so yesterday.

I never had to leave my car and was in then out in 15 mins. Dante was great and even handled my payment. What more could one ask for!?

Was serviced by a worker named Derek. He was quick and thorough. Understood that I was in a rush and worked diligently to get me out of there quickly. I came to get my oil changed and my tire pressure checked. He was very kind and I can confidently say that Ill be returning for all further services.

I went here only because my usual oil change place was closed already that day. They stripped my oil plug bolt which I didn’t find out until the next time. Blamed my usual oil change place for stripping it and suggested I go to a full fledged mechanic after wasting and hour and a half of my time. They could have at least offered me a few free oil changes seeing as I had to pay a mechanic to fix they damage they caused. Highly recommend avoiding taking your car here, save yourself several hours and get it done right the first time. They had just one job.

If you want excellent service this is the place to take your car or SUV or truck. The staff is always friendly never try to sell you something you dont need and they have an excellent car wash.

I was very impressed on their services. Everyone there was very friendly and knew what they were doing. I got my tires checked and they were super quick! I am definitely going back again!

This was probably my last time going here, paid almost $40 for the car wash, when I drive off and the sun hits my dashboard and radio I can see that they are still dusty. They generally do an OK job but theres always one obvious miss thats just enough to make you feel like the car didnt get cleaned. All that at premium car was prices.

Went through the car wash and one of my hood scoops on my car fell off called two days in a row and left a message but never got a call back. Called the third day they picked up and I told them I lost the part in the carwash said they would call back if they found it. Called back later in the day and they said they couldn’t find the part and it was probably thrown away.

49 or $50 to change 4 quarts of oil and a filter and I asked a young man how much do they pay you he said $10 so I went to OReillys 4 quarts of oil and as Seltzer is 15 bucks unbelievable too much too expensive oh dont forget to give you a car wash which I can get for $3 down the street yay
